We switched to Craig Loftis- State Farm Insurance 3-4 years ago and the transition was quick and effortless. The staff is very professional and helpful and always there to help when we need them. We’ve had a couple claims and they were handled promptly, professionally and they put us at ease in a very stressful time. I’m very satisfied with State Farm and know if a situation arises we feel assured that we will be taken care of.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. The State Farm family has always been helpful and courteous. They have never let me down with any questions I've had over the years and they always reach out occasionally to make sure I have all of the coverage that I need. 😊

Highly recommended! They were able to help us get renter's insurance on top of our car insurance! When we needed to change our address, it was super simple. While helping us Laura went even further and explained what was covered under the insurance from our move and even helped us look at potential life insurance policies for the future. She really is a wonderful employee!

This place is awesome. My husband and I worked with Trey Boggs. Our car insurance unexpectedly got so high it was unreasonable. Trey was able to cut our cost in half! I love State Farm in Berea! Craig Loftis and his employees are so nice and understanding! Plus, I even bought a life insurance policy (cheap) and I was having trouble getting the life insurance I needed! I have 2 vehicles on my insurance policy and both are very affordable and I have the exact coverage I need. This is the nicest, sweetest bunch of people you will ever meet in a professional setting! I would give them more stars if I could!

Out of nowhere my insurance company decided to increase my monthly payment and i kept asking around for recommendations on other places to try. That’s when a sweet lady reached out to me saying she may be able to help me with getting a better quote & she done just that! Hailey went above and beyond to meet my satisfaction and got me more than I had originally planned.. for less than what I was paying!!! STATE FARM has always been there to help me when ever i had a question or concern, they lowered my insurance from my previous insurance company , and was always so sweet and kind to help me ! I would recommend them to anyone , they also knew recently that I had wanted life insurance and at the time when I asked they didn't have it or I could afford, but when they did get one they called me , and I enrolled an it took a great load off my mind . I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 20 years. They have always treated me well. I’ve only had a couple of small claims but both instances were taken care promptly with no problems. It’s nice to be covered by a large reputable company and deal with local people when you need assistance.

What a great team-all of the staff are so kowledgeable and Jesse did a lot to make sure I was getting a comprehensive policy that met my needs, most importantly, within my budget. Can not recommend them enough!
