McDonald's

It's McDonald's but seems like they really try.
My wife loves it and usually this store always gets the order right the first time.

Food seems to be outdated but not bad. They are quick as they can be with the amount of people coming and going. Atmosphere is good but not excellent.

Breakfast was good this morning. Perfect. Orange juice tasted great. Had to get some vitamin D. Some people give this place a bad rating but every time I come to Berea and stop for a bite to eat. Its always great food and if you go during a busy time, of course there's going to be a problem with someone's order. So the best thing to do is to go an hour before or an hour after everyone is going to work or getting off. Perfection 🌈🍔🍳

I order on-line and go pick up curbside!! It's always a pleasant experience and my food has always been correct and hot!!

Ordered breakfast today. Egg Muffin, Bacon egg cheese biscuit and hash browns.
All as expected. Quick, still hot, and tasted good.

Although it's always busy between 3:15 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. " it's right near the college/ schools" it's rare that they messed my order up, and unlike a lot of the other McDonald's in a radius of 15 MI this place always has hot fries and because it's so busy rarely do they have anything sitting under the heating lamp. Plus the employees are exceptionally nicer than the other McDonald's because most of them are students at the college.

This is my favorite McDonald's! One day I went through the drive thru here and ordered a burger. I asked for everything on the side and they did just that! They put each individual component of my burger in its own box. Build a burger!

It was the best surprise of my life, opening every box to see what I got. Did I get cheese, the bun, pickles? I never knew till I opened a box. It was so fun! 10/10 recommend especially for a birthday!

Came through at 1:30 in the morning and the service was great. The girl was doing it all by herself it seemed and yet she was beaming a smile that made me smile... even though I was exhausted. And the food y'all was perfect! Hot. Juicy. Delicious! Seriously the experience was nothing but good.

Fast service good people clean restaraunt

We are visiting Berea from Arkansas. We stopped here tonight for dinner and when we walked in the manager was being harassed by an ex employee. He was mad about getting fired and she politely told him multiple times why he was fired, then he turned to accusing them (McDonald’s)of taking money off his pay card. She told him they didn’t take money from him and after around 3 more minutes of him arguing and accusing her of things she asked him to leave. She told him he needed to leave and that he wasn’t to come back in. He told her he would call the cops on her for kicking him out of the store. He did! The cops talked to him and the manager. I just want to say the manager working tonight handled the situation well! Most of us in the store would of physically thrown him out because of the way he was talking to her. I just wanted to say even with this situation we had a great experience. The manager made sure we had fresh hot food and apologized to us multiple times. I wish I had gotten her name because she definitely deserves credit for having to deal with that and still run the place.

I am pretty sure the boy at the drive thru was 14 and I saw zero adults working there...They seemed to be having trouble figuring things out (I'm talking confused about creamer vs splenda) BUT these were the nicest group of McDonald's employees ever. 100% would recommend. Great customer service makes a big difference.

Food was great they just forgot one of my sandwiches. I had points for Rewards for a buy one get one free egg cheese and sausage to McMuffin and they only give me one.

Passing through. Folks behind the counter were spot on friendly! The machine that made hot mochas was down, so they found me a good substitute and then took the time to check in with me to make sure it was a good fit. Thanks!

Great food, but in the long run will make you fat....they got rid of the salads because of Covid! Why? Offer some healthy options for people that are trying to do the right thing. Bring US BACK!

Everyone is very friendly, and they RARELY get anything on my order wrong... They always have the freshest nuggets every time I come by and it just makes my day, because I only run by there when I crave them.. Thank you guys for the great services!

My experience with McDonalds as a whole hasn't always been plesent. But today I went in to get a breakfast sandwich, and a large latte. I mean they don't sell the lattes by the pound or I'd get my body weight in them.

The lady who took my order was super nice and polite, even considering they were busy. However, she misheard my order and charged me for a small. I didn't even notice until he went to give me a small. I explained to the gentalman that I would take the small and still pay for a large, I just need coffee bad! This is what made the difference in the experice I had with this McDonalds in comparison to others.

Their manager seen me go back into the line to order and pay for a large latte.. she instructed the gentalman who was making the specialty drinks to make me a large on the house. She told me that it was their mistake and they would fix it. I told her they had only charged me for a small and I would cover the extra. And she wouldn't have it.

Customer service skills are a great quality to have as a manager, especially when you are dealing with the public. The manager here certainly exemplifies those skills. My hat is off to McDonalds in Berea, Ky (Glades Rd)

It was horrible. Food was cold. Bun was hard n meat was burned. Fries were so hard I had to throw them away.

Dani was super sweet and helpful! She suggested the berry and banana smoothie for my 6 year old. Yum! Quality customer service, clean bathroom, and yummy snack.
