Great overall experience working with Chris as Virginia Citizens Armory. Online ordering process was smooth and easy. He had great prices on a wide selection of products. Once my order came in from the manufacturer, we arranged a time to meet, complete background checks, and review features of my new handgun! I don’t write many reviews online, but I had such an exceptional experience at VCA that I felt it absolutely necessary. I was in the market for a specialty item – an item where there are many different manufacturers, materials, etc., and I was at a loss at which one to choose, despite all the research I had done. Enter VCA. The friendly owner Chris was professional, provided excellent service, and was understanding when I had 1000 questions. He walked me through all of the options, and also provided a paperwork concierge service to make sure everything was done correctly. Chris had very good pricing to boot. He was competitive or better than online warehouse stores, which I have never found before in a Loudoun County brick and mortar establishment. Long story short, I recommend VCA and will be going back!

I was looking for a really good concealed carry option and Chris was phenomenal. Extremely patient through a number of dumb questions and had plenty of selection to choose from. He was very knowledgeable and assisted with getting me the perfect gun for me. He also help me make the right decision in suppressor as well. Chris is a great run and runs a good business. In 2022 when I needed a deer rifle and wasn't able to find something locally I called and he made an excellent recommendation. Set up an appointment for transfer that accommodated my work and home schedule. Overall great experience. If you were wondering what a "concierge" gun shop was, this is it.

It was a pleasure dealing with Chris. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to firearms. For not having an actual store front he is also very professional. He has converted part of his home (the part you walk into) into a space into dealing just with firearms and transfers. So the atmosphere feels very comfortable and professional compared to others. I also appreciate that he scheduled more than adequate time to deal with me so we did not feel rushed whatsoever. I will definitely be doing future business here, he is worth the drive!

Chris is great. He's super knowledgeable and took the time to go over the all the pertinent details about NFA items and trusts with me. He has a silencer shop kiosk as well so the fingerprinting process was simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a suppressor.
