I have been a regular visitor and shopper at Randall's Jewelry for a few years now and I have to say, if you are looking for quality products and superior customer service for all of your jewelry/watch needs, this is THE place to go. Mr. and Mrs. Allsage are so helpful and knowledgeable. From repairs to custom jewelry, they make your dreams come true. My Husband and I have recently been married and we went with Randall's to get exactly what we wanted. Mrs. Allsage helped us navigate the process of creating our custom rings from the metals to the stones and everything in between. She's an absolute gem! She worked with her jeweler to make sure each piece was perfect and she had as many molds created as we needed to ensure the final look was flawless. I recommend you visit their shop for all of your jewelry based needs!

I like to use local small businesses instead of "name" stores. Randals is just the right place! They have full service for jewelry repair and watches. Battery replacement and link removal. They are very reasonably priced. I like that too!

Spoke to Tom over the phone to find out if they replace watch batteries. I was told yes and to come over. I went over during my lunch break and Tom was kind enough to rush a bit so I can get back to work on time. Husband and wife own the place and they are super sweet and friendly. Very nice and welcoming place. Right prices too. I found my new favorite jewelry store.

The owner fixed my watches bracelet and didn't charge me a penny. Very nice guy.

Oh my gosh!! What a great find. I had a silver/gold bracelet that needed to be repaired. I dropped it off with Tom who was very pleasant and helpful. A couple of days later, Jean, the owner called to double check that the proposed repair was correct. In another day or so, Jean called to let me know the bracelet was ready. Not only were the repairs done expertly, the bracelet had also been cleaned. The price was very fair and frankly, I was expecting a higher price.
Tom and Jean are lovely people who treat their customers like family. You can't go wrong here !!

I had a ring that I needed resized and came to Randall’s. The owners are kind and very helpful which made me very happy to have found this place. My ring fits perfectly and I got it back in a timely manner. Support local businesses theyre the best!!!!!

Jeannie has had this darling, charming jewelry store for years. Her smile, youthful attitude, and cool unique pieces are what's missing in today's world. Best place for birthday, anniversary or just thoughtful gifts for non-mainstream clients. My only regret was not finding it sooner ☮🆒
