A few miss communications, but they were resolved to both parties satisfaction. Crew dis a fantastic job of measuring and installation. Very professional. Extremely satisfied. Jones going forward will be my go to place for all my glass needs.

From the day I called Jones Glass until the day my shower doors and mirrors were installed it was right at a month!! (I had horrible experiences with 2 other companys) Excellent customer service and the guys that did the install were top notch. Great product.. love my new bathroom!!!

They are at the top of my list when it comes to quality of service and cost reasonableness! I used this company this week to replace glass in my Sunroom. I didn't know much about them, but my initial inquiry was a pleasant experience! Their installation technicians provided quality work and were very courteous.

I had ordered some very expensive family photos and when they came in the frames had no glass, went over to Jones Glass and they were able to cut some same day. The price was more than reasonable and the staff were very nice and helpful.

This is a great company, and I couldn’t imagine doing my glass oriented business elsewhere. The employees are top notch and have always been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I’ve had them do everything from replace entire commercial store fronts to installing residential shower stalls to cutting simple replacement window panes. Each and every job was completed to my absolute satisfaction.

I recently went there traveling from another state with a cracked windshield. They replaced my windshield in remarkable time & for a reasonable price. The staff were courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job!!

We re-purposed some mirrors. They picked up & delivered. Added chrome trim to mirrors and installed the mirrors centering them with laser technology.

The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. They answered my husband's questions over the phone without hesitation and we knew before getting there how much we'd spend on our replacement window.

Great, professional service. They measured my window, ordered the new one, removed the shattered one (it was in a million pieces) - every bit, and installed the new one. Looks great!
