Whataburger

Awesome service! My girlfriend and I just flew from Seattle and decided to stop in for lunch at the Port Isabel location. We have been talking about Whataburger for a month while getting ready for our trip and this location knocked it out of the park! In particular HUGE shoutout to Francisco! He brought out our food, then presented an array of different sauces to try. He was incredibly kind and provided great service! Thank you Francisco!

Want to know the one reason there are no Chick-fil-A's in the RGV?

It's because Whataburger has hired all the super polite service oriented young people available. On top of that they are all bilingual but speak with fabulous clarity in both languages.

Oh, man. Best burger I've ever had. You know, you might have to wait an extra minute, but it's well worth it. Always fresh and delicious.

I place an order online but it didn't go some kind of error reordered and had it within 3 minutes was hot and delicious

I've been wanting to try this place for years, but had never been far enough south to partake. I must say, it lived up to my expectations! Delicious burger, chocolate shake and fries. The sauces were all really tasty too, in particular the spicy ketchup and jalapeno ranch. I only wish we had these up north!

As for the particular location, I can say it was very clean inside and the staff was friendly and willing to help us with our questions despite how busy they were.

I've been to a lot of fast food and burger places, but this is by far the best for my buck.

We were at the beach and stopped by on our way out. The store manager Francisco was very attentive and friendly. He checked on us a few times to make sure we had our food and we’re not missing any items. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed especially with little ones. He made our experience a pleasant one.

Came 03/11/2023 after a spring break concert on the island and the lines were long inside as well as drive through. I ordered a #27 breakfast bowl with sausage & bacon and an over easy egg it came out perfect. Javier was really sweet and attentive as well as the manager who took my order. Highly recommend this one they get it right the first time

Well when I I come to Texas which is rare i got to have a WHATABURGER and today I got me a double with a jalapeño and some chicken tenders and ohhh my was it delicious ...

This is a great location. Large, clean, and well-taken care of. Much better than the one on South Padre Island. It is worth driving off the island to eat at this one instead, if you ask me.

This is coming from a 1st time Whataburger customer. The food was a little basic, but that's not to say it was not good. It hit the spot perfect. I don't know if I have ever been to a fast food joint that treated us like a nice sit down restaurant. Ever one was nice, polite and would recommend!

Alyssa is a great employee. We walked in and were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome! We watched her wipe down tables later and there were no germs left there. Food was good. Will definitely go back there.
