Not sure why they're rated on the lower end. Tasty food, good service. Only complaint was it was a bit noisy, but hey, that's fast food. Would recommend. Very yummy

This was the best jack in the box i’ve ever been to. Great customer service. You can tell the manager really cares for the store and employees!

My family & I came down to South Padre Island for a few days & if there is one thing my family loves, it’s jack in the box. This specific restaurant in Port Isabel was a 10/10. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, & most of all; the service was outstanding. Extra 10 points because Twilight Breaking Dawn was playing on the tv. Keep doing a great job!

I had 4 toes working at the Port Isabel Pizza Hut. I was exited when me my dad and sister and some coworkers heard about this. Then today some MIRACLE HAPPENED. My little piggies has been restored! So I was wondering what had caused this and I opened Facebook and saw a post saying, “Jack in the box open” I got even more exited and I grew an extra 2 toes on each foot. 10/10!!!

I heard all the employees are new, and learning. Got a chance to talked to the manager, nice guy. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I love the food.
