The New Holland team (store 4616) was great! Jose went above and beyond replacing my battery. The old one was seriously corroded and Jose did a lot of extra cleaning before putting in the new one I purchased. He is a valuable asset to your team and I appreciate all the work he did to get me going again. His manager (Brie) also assisted with some troubleshooting. She was absolutely supportive and seems to really care about her employees and the customer . Jose also was caring to the customer and is a dedicated employee. You should absolutely commend them and the whole team was great! I would also recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. Great job team!!!! Great customer service and dedication!!!!

I’m not a car person by any means so it’s extremely helpful to find those that know what they are doing at the same time passionate and hard working. The other day I met the hardest worker who went above and beyond- his name is Marshall and if I could give more stars I would⭐⭐⭐
I just needed something SUPER simple… light bulbs for my headlights…. Super quick change, no problem! Marshall took the time to help me and replace the light bulbs…. But what happens next is a trait most important for a good work ethic, caring for your customers and finishing a job to completion without grumbling! I went to give him the next light to exchange and my clumsy fingers dropped it, which somehow managed to go in between this small opening of the car… it was just chillin down there. Surely that couldn’t be good. Marshall was determined to remove it and spent over an hour in the blazing heat using tools to get the bulb out! Eventually he got it out, I can’t thank him enough for his incredible customer service. I’ll never forget what he said when I apologized for him doing this because it’s not part of his job description. He replied, “ my job is to help the customer.” Well he certainly did that! And I couldn’t be more thankful for his service and mindset to follow through on commitments and time spent! He is also very educated about cars and knows so much… so if you ever need anything or have a question- stop in and ask for Marshall he will cheerfully and willingly assist you through your whole visit!
Thanks again Marshall! Auto Zone is in good hands and great standing with you on their team!!!! 🎉

Robbie is the man! I came in needing a single bolt to hold my fairing on my motorcycle until getting a replacement, not only did he help me find the perfect fit he installed it for me too! He went above and beyond my expectations from an AutoZone employee. He was friendly, welcoming, helpful and best of all mechanically inclined. I hope to see Robbie for any of my other needs in the future. Awesome guy!

The customer service I received from Marshall and Brei last night was outstanding!!! Despite arriving 20 min prior to closing when our church van experienced a battery issue, they were as pleasant as can be and were very willing to help us out. They were able to return a wrong sized battery I had actually bought just an hour earlier at a different AutoZone in the area when an employee there told me it was the right size. And instead of just trying to rush me out of the store and getting me to buy a new battery, they offered to try charging the battery since it was only bought 2 days ago. Intuitively, they even offered to check the van's alternator. While waiting for the charge, we had great conversations despite it being already 20 min past closing. After checking on the battery and finding it might take another 1 hr to charge, they offered to stay and wait without reservation as they did not want me to spend more money unnecessarily on yet another battery, despite me telling them that's not necessary and that they should go home to their families as I've already taken too much of their time as it was. Ultimately, I ended up still having to buy a new battery as the van passengers couldn't wait for the charge and ultimately, they suspected the battery may have been fried or defectively had a bad cell as it was overheating with multiple attempts to charge it. God bless them both! They said AutoZone prides itself in their customer service, and I 100% agree from what I experienced last night. AutoZone, give these 2 a raise ASAP!!!

Outstanding service from Brie and Rich! Thank you both for your patience and taking the time to assist me in replacing my headlight bulbs. To say it was a challenge would be an understatement. If not for their kindness and help I would have ended up having to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get the bulbs replaced. Thank you again!

Very impressed with the place. The young man who waited on me noticed that I was buying quite a few things honoring the U S AIR FORCE. He asked me about that. I told him my son is in the Air Force, so he gave me a discount, and told me to thank my son for his service. Businesses need more people like him. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK

I have visited the New Holland store now more than once #4616 and I've been impressed to a point it's almost illegal lol. Both associates I believe her name is Brei and the man Robbie maybe but they both deserve raises and a better way of life as is no joke went over and under to help me fix my truck. God bless them both ty from 215Wallace......

Very helpful staff! Easy to locate items and was a clean facility. Right along a main road so it's easy to see the stores location. I needed oil for my car and the gentleman who helped me, also put it in my car for me without me having to ask! Polite and helpful! Customer service satisfaction!

Sales guy knew what he was talking about, didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, and pointed out what a few different options when I went to get freon. He even offered to show me how to recharge my A/C if I needed it after I mentioned I'd never done it before.
Very friendly, would definitely drive out of my way to shop here again.

Great place! I personally worked for autozone and advanced auto. The staff at this piticuler autozone are calm when the customer is angry, there nice and they treat you like family. I'm a regular at this autozone, never had an issue figuring things out and what there recommendations would be. If they can't find you a piece they always recommend a site to possibly find what your looking for. The store owner or manager is great person to! Keep up the good work!

Great store excellent service these people definitely know their stuff would recommend them over some other AutoZone stores they help me straighten out some problems I'm fix a few mistakes made by other stores would definitely recommend them to anybody very well trained and knowledgeable customer service.

And again they help me fix an other stores screw up i had a battery that was under warranty it showed voltage on a meter but had no cranking amps there was a huge bulge on top from plate separation but they turned down the warranty at the Shillington location and these guys fixed it up for me!!!

I went in to buy a new headlight bulb. Dave was very helpful and he also installed the bulb for me. I drove through town and backed up traffic to specifically to go to that Auto Zone. Five stars all the way!
