Gish's Furniture - Shady Maple/East Earl

Today our new table and chairs were delivered. And we love it! This has been a great experience from the meeting our Sales person, Pete up to and including delivery guys. Pete was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with us while trying to make up our minds as to exactly what we wanted. He was also great with making some suggestions when we were unsure. Pete is a plus to you store. Then to top off this purchase our delivery guys, Eddie and Aiden were the same as Pete. They took great care in setting our new table up and showing us how to place the table leaves both in the table and for the storage of them as well as the care of this beautiful dining room set.
Everything was within the delivery window. When we would expect it to be completed by the manufacturer and the day of delivery.
A real class act, all 3 of them.

The service we received, starting with our purchasing experiences with Dominic and Shari, right through the delivery job by Brandon and Edwin, was exceptional. The furniture is all high quality and lived up to all our expectations. Shari was so helpful in customizing several pieces so that we got exactly what we wanted. Brandon and Edwin were very courteous and professional and made sure all of our furniture was handled with care from truck to our house and made sure everything was placed where we wanted it and all features were installed properly. Can't say enough about the quality, selection, and entire staff at Gish's.

We purchase a complete bedroom suit and Temperpedic mattress and adjustable base. We worked with Shari Sell, Manager in the purchase and the delivery. She was very supportive and helpful. We had their great delivery people Edwin and Brandon deliver this heavy load. They were polite and perfect in moving and setting up all the furniture. We highly recommend Gish furniture from this store for all your furniture needs. They will take good care of you.

The quality of the Full bedroom set is just outstanding. The sales help from Peter and his patience with a large purchase were just what was needed. The furniture delivery guys, Edwin and Kenny ,were really remarkable. The care and patience they took with both the new set as well as our home was really impressive. They knew what to do and how to make sure everything went well. I was equally impressed with thier knowledge of the product, care of the product, and what to avoid in caring for the furniture. Real Pros for certain.

My husband and I ordered a bunk bed from the East Earl location. Diane was very professional and helped us to choose the type of wood and stain. The finished product is a GORGEOUS work of art! It is such amazing quality and craftsmanship! They’ve made us customers for life!

We were looking for a sofa for our home, stopping in Gish before dinner. We are so glad we did. We insisted upon American -made with quality fabric. We were not disappointed. Most of all, we were impressed with our salesperson, Pete Blumenthal. We have visited a number of stores with high end furniture but dealing with Pete made all the difference. He is extremely knowledgeable, interesting, with a great sense of humor and really pays attention to the customer. We are retired and ready to make changes in our home so will return to Gish and will definitely request Pete.

We were looking for furniture for our family room and definitely wanted it to be made in the U.S. Gish’s in East Earl was our first stop. We told Shari that we just started to look. We did go back to Gish’s that same day, ordered a couch, love seat and a Windsor chair. Shari was a wonderful person to deal with!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating!!! Our furniture arrived about a month ago, the delivery was also without any issue. They were very careful with how they brought the new furniture into the house. At the time of the order, Gish’s was having a contest that if you donated $100 to one of their selected charities, we would receive 20% off our order. What a great idea! We donated the $100 to Pets for Vets, which in my opinion was an excellent charity. Found out later that Pets for Vets won the contest. That just really warmed my heart. Over 13 years ago we bought living room furniture of the Lancer brand from the furniture store that was located where the Gish’s East Earl store is now located. That furniture is still doing well! Our new furniture is also the Lancer brand. Gish’s and Shari at East Earl are definitely highly recommended by me!

It was a pleasure dealing with Gish's Furniture. We purchased a loveseat that needed to be ordered. The timeline was long due to Covid, but the loveseat came in a few weeks early. Delivery was fast and the team was careful and professional. We also purchased 2 accent chairs from their cash and carry room downstairs. I would highly recommend stopping in Gish's while at Shady Maple Complex.

My wife and I just popped in to look at Gish’s Furniture. Weren’t really looking to buy anything. Peter Blumenthal the sales person was so friendly and sincere, educated us while we were browsing about the quality of Gish’s furniture products. We immediately saw that the quality is far and above what you will get in the commercial furniture stores. Solid wood throughout each piece is hard to find. Super durable finishes are common in all of the pieces. Quality joints throughout each piece. We quickly realized that we will never go anywhere else in the future. So yeh, we bought a bedroom set from Peter. We never felt pressured or rushed by Peter. I will be telling many people about Gish’’s. Buy your last furniture first. Amazing quality!

Beautiful furniture. So many options to choose from. We waited 8-months for our order but it was so worth it. We worked with Diane Bezzard as our sales rep—very knowledgeable and personable. Made spending money fun! Then came the delivery crew—Edwin and Adrian—they were outstanding. Courteous, professional and very meticulous. The entire experience was above and beyond our expectations. We had the most wonderful experience at Gish's in East Earl. We went on a cold Saturday in February to find a dining room table for our new house. Diane took excellent care of us and was abundantly patient and kind to our wild, excited 3 year old. Last week, our farmhouse table was delivered and we absolutely LOVE it! It is so well-made and the guys who put it together were awesome! Brandon & Kenny took there time to set up the table and did an excellent job. We are super happy with our purchase and even more grateful for the amazing customer service. Thank you Gish's!

We had been searching for bedroom furniture for a long time without any luck everywhere else. We decided to try Gish’s furniture since the quality of what we had been looking at did not seem that great. We showed up very close to closing time and the sales associate was very accommodating, allowed us to browse at our leisure, stopped back over for questions, and went above and beyond to assist us in finding the perfect bedroom set for us. Our 2 children were in tow and she was so sweet with them as well. She never rushed us, even though we were there past closing time, and was very thorough when completing the transaction. We were told 10-12 weeks for our order and it was delivered exactly 12 weeks from the date we ordered. The delivery men were super friendly and efficient. The furniture was set up and ready to go in about 30 minutes. The finished product exceeded our expectations and we are so glad we bought our furniture from Gish’s. I highly recommend this furniture store for anyone looking for high quality, custom made wood furniture!

Something I have always wanted was a table to last a" lifetime". We got to deal with Pete Blumenthal and I have to say it was by far one of the funnest experiences I've had with a purchase. Pete followed what I was looking for very well and was able to bring me options like he had known me forever. By far one of the smoothest and most positive experiences I've ever had buying a piece of furniture that I know my family is going to love. Can't wait till we get it in and can start using it. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Gish's from start to finish. Marla was a great salesperson and we had lots of fun with her. While it's a long wait for custom furniture, our table is gorgeous and well worth the wait! We choose to have ours delivered and it was well wrapped to protect every piece. This is definitely quality furniture you could hand down to the next generation. We LOVE our new dining set.

The service at Gish's - both on the sales floor and in the office - was very helpful: warm and accommodating, and not pushy at all. The cannonball bed we ordered is absolutely beautiful, and was finished and delivered months ahead of schedule. It's just what we were looking for, and the quality is exceptional!

They always have delivered a high quality product, and while we had to wait a little longer than usual due to supply chain issues this time, it was well worth the wait! The staff at Gish's Furniture are exceptional. Our sales associate, Steph, was helpful, considerate and a pleasure with whom to work. She listened to our ramblings and helped us determine exactly which pieces would work for our unique area. Her follow-up call a few days after delivery, to see how we were enjoying the furniture, was delightful as well as unexpected.

The two gentlemen who delivered our items, Steve and Edwin, were incredibly courteous and careful with our new furniture. They made sure the pieces were expertly handled and placed exactly where we wanted them. After they placed all items, they carefully wiped them down and inspected them for any problems. (None were found!)

We are thrilled with our new furniture! We would recommend Gish's Furniture to anyone. This is finely-crafted, heirloom furniture; the kind you pass down (not give or throw away).

From the sales lady to the delivery men, this is an excellent place to find furniture. The quality is superb, too. Now I wish my entire house was from Gish's!! The sales lady was quite knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. She "warned" us about maybe waiting for 16 weeks for the pieces to come in. I was trying to match bedroom pieces to a dresser and nightstand that I had for 25+ years. We switched out the drawer pulls on the new furniture in an effort to match that as well. We ordered a headboard/footboard bed frame, a chest of drawers and a nightstand. It arrived today in about 12 weeks! Honestly you cannot see much of a difference in the woods and it looks perfect! The delivery men called about 10-15 minutes ahead of arriving and one asked to see where the furniture was going first. They were efficient, friendly, polite and expedient. And, they removed any packing materials, etc. We simply love this furniture!! Thank you Gish "family" for attending to our needs. We most definitely will come back and also recommend you to friends, family. A big thanks to Marla, Nick and Chris!!!

We recently purchased two pieces of furniture from Gish's . It was a challenge for us since it was the first time we purchased anything without seeing the product in person. We must say it was a great experience due to the knowledge and patience of the salesperson Marla. We had many phone calls with her expressing our concern over the style, the stain & all the modifications we kept making.
All we can say is: WE ARE VERY PLEASED with the craftsmanship & the delivery. Gish's Furniture definitely were very professional and went above and beyond our expectations.
