AT&T Store

I went into the store with the biggest account issues you could ever imagine, and these fine gentlemen were able to overcome all the objections the customer service through their way, and were able to get me what I needed to lower my monthly bill and to keep us with AT&T definitely recommend going to this store. They are a plethora of knowledge and wisdom, and very easy to work with glad that these two are in new Richmond. We are very lucky to have them.

extremely helpful. While I was there they were also helping an elderly vet and helped him get a much less costly phone plan by making sure that every discount was being taken. They really care and help- keep up the great work!

Absolutely fantastic example of what companies should represent themselves as.

The manager Tyler was incredibly helpful in picking out a new phone and even helped me save 20% on my case and screen protector just by getting a block

Store rep was patient with me and answered all of my questions

Salesman added services I did not ask for such as next up for both of our phones and insurance on my phone. When I went back in to ask why it was so high I was told our phone have not been credited yet. Cost me hundreds. Store Manager was helpful on a different issue.

very disappointed. been sitting waiting for the manager for almost 2 hours. it is 1:30 on a monday and everywhere it says it is open. there is no signs that say he is gone or on lunch or anything. still sitting here waiting…

The manager at this location carrys her self with the rudest attitude she told me I had to add a dual sim line to receive a promotion the commercial says anyone I don't know what i am missing
