I work at the greenwood park malls GameStop and I can say Megan is my boss and I know for a fact she is not rude or pushy I was working with her the day the two customers came in. On top of that we ask you to sign up for pro because it’s free money everyone likes free stuff and when we’re told no we’re not being pushy we try to find out why you don’t want to, I’m sorry that two people feel that way but I know Megan personally and she is none of those things if you want terrible service go to Camby that manager is horrible. So there again I will say it again megan is not terrible, rude, or any of the thing you two have said about her and the two people are Ai Nguyen and Crystal Downey, again I was working that day for both of you and know she wasn’t rude nor was she pushy, so tell the truth or stay out of our location, because you both were rude to her if I remember correctly not the other way around, I was asked by the higher up and told them exactly what happened so if you want to spread false accusations towards my boss then stay out we aren’t hurting without your business. Also with the whole wrong game I remember checking the sleeve and it was the wrong sticker so again she told the truth and wasn’t rude about it was you.

My son's favorite store! He collects Marvel & other action figures. We always get our video games here. It's nice to go out to a store instead of online shopping.

Employee that assisted me with my purchase was GREAT!! Very helpful and informative. Showed me how to connect the system and made sure that any questions that I had were answered. Will definitely go back even though this is not the closest store to me.

Not sure what his name was, but I came in looking for DS Lites and asked the guy at the counter. Although none were in stock, he was super friendly and helpful. Great to have someone to nerd out with. Wish I remembered his name, all I know is that he had a lanyard with lots of pins on it. 🤷🏼‍♂😂 (Went in at 5:40 PM, 7-25-18)

Good deals to be had here sometimes. The staff is where this store shines. Always on point. Helpful and super friendly and they know when not to be pushy. Excellent.

I had an awesome time at the store the manager name of the mat was super helpful I highly recommend people purchase their games from him he helped me through every step in my pre-order and made sure I got the one that I wanted that was most worth my money

Not a fan of gamestop but if you are gonna go to gamestop the one here in Bloomington is a good choice. The manager is always so polite and easy to talk too. He always goes out of his way to make sure you leave with what you came for.

I enjoy going into this store. The sales person always answers my grandsons questions and is interested in what he is saying.

Good location being centrally located in Greenwood Park Mall. Good selection of new and used games for all major systems and some legacy ones as well. Being a mall store in is a little cramped and can be hard to move around if it's busy.

My daughter love this place she's 11 and I always find something she wants when we go here

The girl at the counter was very helpful and my kids found the game they were looking for. They have a very big selection to pick from.
