ACM Removal, LLC

Affordable, professional, clean and considerate. ACM removed about 330 sq. ft. of asbestos vinyl tile and black mastic from our basement over the course of about 3 days. Day one was setup and the start of the tile removal, day two the remainder of the tile and the mastic were removed, and day 3 they removed the equipment and took an air sample. The test came back clean on the 4th day and they stopped by for about 5 minutes to remove the remaining poly and tape over the doorways. The crews that performed the work were helpful, polite, and kept things as clean as possible.

LP was a pleasure to work with, was very accessible, and kept me informed every step of the way.

10/10 - I would not hesitate to have them do any other asbestos or mold work in the future.

The damage on the lower edge of the wall in the picture was preexisting and was not caused by ACM.

I had several quotes for asbestos removal from my house. ACM was very reasonable and although the task was much harder than expected the cost didn't change. Great communication. LP was very friendly and relaxed. Chris, who performed the work, explained everything that was being done promptly and was also friendly and knowledgeable.

Paul and his team are great to work with. They were super helpful over the phone and provided lots of information. When we experienced a time crunch they were really accommodating and responsive and they bumped up the time line considerably. On the job site, they were really easy to work with and they did incredible work. Honestly this was a really good experience and I'd highly recommend ACM.

A couple months ago we took a couple samples to be tested for asbestos that were from my mom's house (Built in 1985). ACM sent them off to be tested. They came back negative, which was great. The reports were easy to read and gives you a peace of mind. So when we bought our house last month, and decided to test the popcorn ceiling (House was built in 1975) we also used ACM. This time though it came back positive. So we hired ACM to do the removal. The popcorn ceiling was in the entire house on the first level and the basement, so it was a big job. They showed up promptly and on time every day. They worked efficiently and were very courteous. They made sure to clean up every day as well and followed the proper way to dispose of the asbestos. It took 2 weeks to do the entire house, but they did a great job. The air tests came back negative after the removal and now I have paperwork showing the asbestos was handled correctly and disposed off. Now, we can sleep happy :) I won't put the names of the people on here who worked on the house, in case they don't want that, but I just want to let the entire team know, that they did a great job and we are so glad that it is done! I would recommend ACM removal to anyone, they are the best!!

We used ACM Removal to remove the asbestos in my mother-in-law's home. We had both asbestos wrapping around our duct work and in the basement tile. The service was great, fast and everything was explained.from the start. The price was very reasonable. We were sent before-and-after pictures a t every step. We were in extreme need of finding someone to tackle this monstrosity, but after I researched & read reviews about ACM it only made sense to use this company because they stood out higher than others. From the 1st phone call, to schedule the appointment to meet with Mr.Ryan, to the estimate proposal & us deciding to go with ACM, to the job beginning which only took 3days partly because of bad weather to the final contact with ACM everything was scheduled & completed within 2weeks from first contact.

ACM did a terrific job of removing asbestos and leaving a clean healthy site. They were quick, efficient and well priced. They are also terrific with customer service.
