Jason and his team recently built a beach house for us in Pass Christian. It was a great experience from start to finish. We purchased a lot and then contacted a handful of contractors for consultations. Jason's team stood out in the crowd. Thornhill helped us find an architect/engineer and Jason's subcontractors were used to complete construction.

From the framing through install of finishes, we enjoyed the process. Much of our punchlist was taken care of in a few short weeks.

Thornhill built us our 2nd home/camp for fishing and fun in Bay St. Louis, MS. They came highly recommended in the area and now me and my husband know why. I am building a house in Pass Christian the house is 15 feet off the ground. Thornhill Construction did the whole foundation and there work is some of the best I have seen. The job went quickly and smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

I had originally been given Jason Thornhill’s name during a phone call with the owner of a lot I was interested in. While the owner was no longer going to build and thus was selling his lot, he made it clear that Thornhill construction was his only choice. It was about a year later, as our “forever” home design was being finalized with our architect, that we began our search for a builder. I recalled Jason’s name and after reading so many excellent reviews, we gave him a call. After our first meeting with Jason, my husband and I were both confident that Thornhill Construction would be our builder. Jason was so responsive to our many questions, helping us to fully understand the building process, doing an extensive build cost analysis and most importantly, creating a level of comfort and confidence as we moved along. Ultimately, after careful thought and consideration, we made the decision that an elevated home in a VE FEMA flood zone was not the best choice for us and postponed the build. Jason was so gracious about our decision. We look forward to finding the perfect piece of property that will allow us to enjoy a Jason Thornhill built home in the future.

I don’t normally do reviews but I felt this company has earned my time. Most people in this area
know me and my family lost our home to a fire in May of 2022. We spoke to several builders in the area
and eventually chose to go with Thornhill Construction of Bay St. Louis, MS. Jason Thornhill spoke with me on several occasions not knowing if we would go with his company or not but still took the time to answer our concerns. Thornhill Construction started construction on our home around Sept. 27, 2022.
Since the start of our home Jason has always been available to answer questions. Jason has continued to stop by the job on regular occasions along with his structural engineers to make sure the work is being completed and to incorporate any changes we wished to make as the building progressed. Jason has always made sure what we envisioned is what we received. Never did we feel like we were alone in the building process. Thornhill Construction is top notch. Over the years I struggled with finding quality tradesman. By struggle I mean even getting one to show up. Once I met Jason my entire perspective changed. His crews, across the board, provide excellent service. When they say they are going to do something they do it. Period. Thornhill Construction is my go to source for all things construction.

They included a lot of special designer touches and quality elements in their base package, and they were able to accommodate our particular requests. Thornhill construction did an amazing job for me! I live 2000 miles away and Jason and I were able to manage the concrete foundation of 13+ feet for my 2000 sqft house without any issues. Thornhill was very responsive and professional! Thank you for the great work!

Jason Thornhill did a wonderful job repairing my home after Hurricane Zeta . He installed a new roof , siding , painted the exterior and built us a new porch that is top notch . He and Rich had everything done in a timely manner and their work is of great quality . They were always easy to reach and helpful. I highly recommend them !
