I found out my body can’t process synthetic b12. After talking to Meghan I found out these teas have pure b12 vitamins. We found a tea she thought I would like. I absolutely love them. They give me a burst of energy without making my heart rate high. Plus I don’t have the crash afterwards.

I absolutely love this shop. Megan and crew go above and beyond for me every time to make my drinks delicious. I love trying the new flavors and you should see how cute the decor is!

I’m in LOVE with this place! It is my go-to before work and my workout. My favorite energy bomb is Blackberry Derby (sometimes I’ll add Beauty Booster and it’s D I V I N E), and my favorite shake is the Churro! The owners are super cool and down to earth, and the shop itself is super cute and cozy! They create such a positive atmosphere and it’s what brings me back everyday ♥

You can never go wrong with a shake or tea from Ville Nutrition and Megan and Chris have done a phenomenal job bringing that to Middletown Nutrition as well! You will not be disappointed with anything here! Best shakes, teas, and owners around!

I love the variety of options they have! Some days I go in and get an energy bomb for healthy energy, and other days I go in and get a yummy shake, and every one I’ve tried I love! Not to mention the workers always have a smile on their face when I walk in!

This place is amazing! The shake kept me full & tasted like a milkshake but it was healthy!! Plus, the energy bomb kept me going for the rest of the day with no crash! If you haven’t been yet- RUN!! You’re missing out!
