My sister recommended this coffee shop a while back and I used to go all the time. I went back today took a sip of my iced latte and forgot how delicious it was!!!!!!!! It went great with my vegan lemon cake.

My mom and I discovered crossroads after we decided to stop supporting large coffeehouse corporations. After our first visit, we were hooked! It is now our favorite go-to spot on the weekends.

Montana (owner) truly goes above and beyond with every aspect of her business. I personally love the monthly drink lineup. It gives customers that are hesitant to try new things (like me) an opportunity to do so in a fun way!

The staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful!

We really appreciate the creativity and dedication of this business. They prove time and time again that supporting locally is the way to go!

My favorite coffee in CT - I tell everyone I know to go! They make their own flavors and you can taste it. Everyone I've ever interacted with has been so nice and the place itself is really cute. Highly recommend

Montana, and her staff are always ready to provide their best for the customer. Great atmosphere, great coffee, and great food. Syrups are made from scratch. The effort and passion don't go unnoticed.

I love this place. Treats are beyond delicious. Coffee creations are incredibly imaginative. Staff is friendly and so creative. It is the best by far.

I mean come on; the specials? The staff? The coffee? I’m not sure it gets better anywhere in New Haven county. Heck I’m not sure there’s many better in the state!

Last week I stopped in for a quick iced Americano and pastry, and it was the PERFECT pick me up after a hike over at Sleeping Giant down the road. I wish there were more small shops like this in CT. It was so cute with lots of plants and the Americano and strawberry muffin were so tasty, especially paired together. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. :)

I may not drink coffee but I know where to find very fresh and wholesome bakery treats. The service is top notch. All the employees I have ever met are super kind. I hear the coffee is really great. If you are in the area you got to stop in. Not far from route 15 or interstate 91. Well worth the trip.

A fantastic addition to North Haven! On top of expertly brewed and dialed-in coffee, this cozy shop has a wide assortment of baked goods that are SO good. It's quickly (and easily) become my go-to coffee shop! You're missing out if you don't make crossroads. your new coffee shop stop.

Have visited a few times and it just gets better every time! Today I got a salted caramel rosemary latte and I swear, it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted! I also tried their lentil soup and it was the perfect light lunch. I love that they offer healthier food options than a lot of cafes. Don’t get me wrong, the baked goods are delicious, too—but I love that I can still have a lot of options when I’m looking to be more health-conscious. I’m so happy to see this business in our area and can’t wait to try more!

Stopped by crossroads for a date, and me and my partner had an amazing time! It was a super relaxing environment to sit for a bit. He had a Tropical Sunrise smoothie, and it was so refreshing. I had a Green With Envy and a Southwest Wrap. The drink was delicious and made me want to try more of the cocktails, and the wrap was so good that I had to order two! It's a little out of the way for me, but I'm definitely planning on taking the trip out there again because it was the perfect little shop.

It's my little place I love to go to for coffee alone or with company. I love sitting with the plants and checking out the view ❤

The owner's genius and creativity shine in every snack and coffee at Crossroads! This is a truly exceptional coffeehouse experience, where the team still takes time to get the basics (high quality drip coffee, clean and welcoming seating) right! I'm hooked.

Though the place is a bit small, the service is immaculate. The food comes in a timely manner, they greet you and give you the time you need to make decisions (especially if you're new), and thought the food wouldn't be filling but it was and it was amazing! Smoothies are worth every dollar as well, come check this place out!

Cute little shop with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a delicious peanut butter cup smoothie and enjoyed a perfectly made latte. Will definitely return to sample the baked goods and food options.

It’s hard to express just by hitting the 5 star button how great and amazing this place actually is.

As someone who loves food/pastries I will say I have never had a pastry I didn’t enjoy from here. I’m personally a fan of the donuts they make from scratch. If I go in and see a donut in the pastry case I always buy it.

As someone who has worked in the coffee industry for years I can set apart the great shops from the okay shops. Crossroads is definitely a great shop. They always dial in amazing espresso shots, and their drip is always very flavorful. Then when it comes to their specialty drinks they’re always doing something crazy and mind blowing like the mermaids tail, or the rosemary vanilla iced latte (my favorites).

Crossroads is one of my favorite shops in Connecticut and the owner and the staff are all truly all amazing at what they do. Would 1000% recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t yet.

This is a cute little cafe and there seems to be a great community here (I was just passing through though)
The atmosphere was great and had cute plant decorations, but they didn’t have many tables, and it was a bit cold, but other than that it was great!
Edited to add: they do a great job with the space they’re working with!!

My favorite place! The quiche is always delicious, the coffee is always fresh and nourishing, the employees are always friendly, and the atmosphere is always comforting. They have a variety of interesting syrups, and a different novelty coffee drink every month. I love coming here!

P.S. This is literally the only place I'll get a cappuccino.

I highly recommend and encourage people to go here. We're always looking for nice little coffee shops in the area, and Crossroads certainly fits that description. I got a vanilla cappuccino which was made perfectly (which means the vanilla flavoring and foam did not overpower the espresso). My wife got a "rose" flavored ice coffee, which was really good. It had a subtle floral taste. All the baked goods were good too. Please go support this new small business.
