Called for assistance getting my wifi to work. I was connected to George and he was wonderful! Patient and kind no matter how many times I asked him to repeat what he said. My experience I rated 5.

Had a great experience with Spoton networks today. I reported loss of connectivity and they confirmed that our building was currently offline and they were working on the problem, connecting with our building people and would give me a call back as soon as they were able to resolve the issue and it was taken care of in under three hours. My ticket number kept my information and Freddie was able to help me find everything I needed to reconnect in our apartment. I am very satisfied with my experience today!
