Never had a bad experience with the staff here, always friendly and talkative. Good place to start your day.

It was good. Didn't have everything in stock when we got there, but that's to be expected.

BP gas is good. The credit card perks are good. Bakery stuff is usually very fresh but overly sugary.
This location got a new fancy coffee machine, which I decided to try out. Regular coffee is $0.99 whereas these espresso or cappuccino or latte are $1.99. The machine itself looks clean and works reasonably quickly. My cappuccino was very bad though. Management obviously spent considerable money installing these machines, now they should do taste testing and calibration of them. Go across the street, get a Kwik trip cappuccino and tweak this machine so that it kicks out better stuff.

When you get an oil change they give you a car wash. What they don't tell you is that the car wash expires in only 7 days. A car wash anywhere else is good for 30 days. Not sure why these people have stone age technology. When your car wash expires they won't even give you a new code. The cashier was rude and told me I couldn't speak to her manager until I sternly told her to get the manager now. The manager comes out (weird because the cashier said she couldn't!) And tells me the oil change guys should have told me the wash expires in 7 days. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT. so she said she can't do anything because other people have taken advantage of that in the past. Really? Where is the customer service? I only really came here for oil changes, but now I won't come here at all. Rude and unprofessional cashiers. "The manager is not available", yeah right!

Worst experience ever, I go in after work to grab dome drinks and tobacco. I get one tin of what I want and then I see that it's on sale so I said that I'll take another and she said ok. So she rings me up and puts it in a bag and then I peel the plastic off that says 50 cents off, keep in kind this has nothing to do with opening the product what so ever. And as I about have the plastic off I realize that she grabbed the wrong tin and I hadn't walked out the store yet. So I told her about her mistake and said miss you accidentally grabbed the wrong product and that when the other worker jumps in and says without making eye contact sorry nothing we can do. What the hell! I hadn't even left the store nor did I open the product and I have worked in gas stations before and have a lot of experience in that field so I know mistakes happen which I wasn't mad about but for crying out loud, the customer cant grab the product for you so now I have to walk out having paid for 2 of something i wanted and only have 1 i will use and just wasted money! I will not be returning to this store anytime soon especially I'd the blonde with glasses on 2nd shift is working. Go to kwik trip instead

Worst car wash ever! This is my mirror driving away from the car wash. I also wiped my finger across my back window and dirt came off (AFTER the car wash 😅). My car was not excessively dirty or anything. Go to Kwik Trip instead.
