The staff at this Verizon store went way above and beyond to help my 85 yr. old mother who had a scammer trying to get money from her through her cell phone. They acted quickly and checked all the apps he had tampered with, change and updated passwords, updated security, logins, etc. I am so grateful for their help and coming to her rescue. I am also thankful for their professional attitude and alacrity to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Jim is the absolute best hands down! I will travel from wherever to do business with him. He’s honest about everything he sells and gives his most honest opinion about what you’re looking for and any questions or concerns you may have. I will only come to him from now until forever. Whitt was very helpful when switching services. Although she was the only person in the office and had several customers to wait on she was very polite and helpful to everyone and was able to multi task and get everyone's questions answered. Very well job well done.

Lauryn was knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly and excellent at multitasking, as there were several customers in the store at the same time. She handled them all efficiently and as fast as possible.

Lauren at Russell cellular absolutely is the best at what she does! We walked in there needing to switch carriers and buy new phones and she worked with us til we were happy. She went above and beyond even staying after to make sure everything was complete and we were satisfied.

Lauryn was awesome. In and out in about 30 minutes with a new phone and accessories. She was juggling two other customers in the process. I’ll def skip the online upgrade next time and just go straight to Russell Cellular.

They always keep me in the loop about new products, that not only benefit ME, but help me get the most out of my service. These guys really look out for their customers; I highly recommend this store, I drive 40 minutes just to go here!!

My mom went to this store this week because her existing phone was broken. She's in her 80's, uses flip phones and is not wi-fi savvy. She was helped by a man named Jesse, who was wonderful and very patient and kind with her. He didn't try to upsell her on a smart phone and he configured everything for her, so she could use it immediately. We are both very grateful for his help and would highly recommend this location.

They were amazing! Trish had helped us with problems that the version in the mall had caused us. We were given an activation fee for our new phone and a upgrade fee and she was able to get them wavered. We will most definitely be going back if we need help again!

Very nice staff. Getting switched over ran us into a few minor issues but wasn't afraid of taking the time needed to fix our issues a d answer what ever questions we had and so far the service has been great.
