Hayat Pharmacy - Cudahy

This may sound odd starting off a 5 star review this way, however, I've almost stopped using Hayat Pharmacy in Cudahy multiple times. Especially, when they have fill-in pharmacists. When a fill-in pharmacist is working, you can tell that the communication and customer service goes out the window.

(I will avoid using names) But that said, their current full time pharmacist at this location,(as of Nov/Dec 2023) is amazing! You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and you are kept in the loop with the status of your medications. I stay with Hayat Pharmacy in Cudahy, because the level of customer service she provides is so rare in this day of age!

Other pharmacist's and pharmacy's treat you like nothing more than a number and care more about their bottom line, then actually connecting with you as a patient.

Hayat in Cudahy, has had one other Pharmacist of this amazing caliber since they've opened, and that is what initially drew me in.

However, as stated above, they've also had lulls in their staff when they use temporary fill-ins. As long as they continue to maintain their current level of customer service at this location, I will continue to go here and also direct my family and friends to this location if they are in need of a great pharmacy.

So much better than the big chain pharmacy that's closer to my house. Kal was extremely helpful and kind today, and Kathy is always delightful. Glad I found this place.

Reading many of the other reviews here, I felt compelled to share my experience.
Hayat in Cudahy is breath of fresh air. It's location is perfect for my family and I.
Recently, the cudahy location had to temporarily close and when I first was informed, I got nervous that it was going to permanently close.
Its very challenging to find a pharmacy and pharmacist you feel comfortable with in today's age.
The head pharmacist Kathy, is wonderful! She shows urgency and is very kind. She has amazing customer service and a great relationship with her clients.
If you live in the area, and you are looking for a top notch pharmacy, I can't recommend Hayat in Cudahy enough.
I'll tell you, I've moved all my business to this location!

Hayat in Cudahy is the best pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. The pharmacist Kathy is amazing! She makes sure I have the right medication prescribed by my doctor so I can focus on improving my life both at work & at home. The prescriptions are filled quickly & with precision. I hope the Cudahy pharmacy is here to stay as it has become an integral part of my life.

Absolutely the best pharmacy in the area. Customer service is phenomenal. If you need prescription medication and do not want the hour long waits that the other area pharmacies put you through, get your medication here. The Hayat Pharmacy in Cudahy is conveniently located making it the perfect place to get my medication. The pharmacist (Kathy) is a skilled, caring, professional whose presence is invaluable. Cudahy Hayat pharmacy is the best!

Thank goodness for Hayatt Pharmacy in Cudahy. I have had so many issues with big box pharmacies (such as Walgreens and CVS). Issues ranging from: lost prescriptions, unfriendly treatment, late prescriptions, concern for their business over patient satisfaction, and the feeling of being judged.

If Hayat Pharmacy in Cudahy was not available, I am not sure what I would do. I live locally and without Hayat I would have no other option but to go back to the big box pharmacies. Which would be devisating to me in my situation.

Hayat's Cudahy location - lead pharmacist (Kathy). Her customer service is second to none! She is great at patient relations. You can really tell she cares about your treatment, and doesn't judge you or treat you like just a number.
This treatment is refreshing when comparing the treatment provided at big box pharmacies.

The combination of a great pharmacist and a great location, I expect that this location will do very well. I am so thankful that Hayat opened a location in my area! I will continue to go to Hayat in Cudahy as long as possible! Great job guys keep it up!

Cudahy Hayat is the perfect place to go for your prescriptions. The location is ideal. Kathy (pharmacist) is intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly, explains all medications thoroughly & in a manner that’s easy to understand. The Cudahy Hayat is a valuable resource that provides me with the resources I need to function as a contributing member of society.

Kathy is amazing. I switched from walgreens and I couldn't be happier. She is the nicest most down to earth person I have ever met! Everyone should use this pharmacy.
