The service was excellent and the food was hot!

Only place in Malden, mo that is worth eating However they are friendly and food is fresh. I recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered through the app and everything was ready when we arrived and made perfectly. Even the coffee orders. Had napkins and condiments. Friendly service.

Service was terrible and I got double charged and a whole big ordeal with the McDonald's app and the manager so I left very unsatisfied and paid more then I should have the manager was very ridiculous and uneducated

These poor guys at this McDonalds are fighting tooth and nail to take care of these impatient grumpy out-of-line customers cussing them out. This location is short staffed and thereby are slow. Yeah, it took like 23 minutes to get 2 drinks, but they were professional, courteous and friendly with me. They're doing the best they can. These guys deserve some care.

Always a good experience at Hampton inn Germantown. A very special hotel. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Great location. I would highly recommend this hitel.

The drive thru was super busy. We weren't sure what we wanted and ordered our food incorrectly. Before we drove off from the speaker menu we corrected our order. At the pay window the amount was higher than our order. She corrected it. We recieved our order and recieved to much food. With how busy the drive thru was if this happens often this location is losing money. Although the customer service was great giving away incorrect t orders is like giving away money.

We went for a night ride and stopped to grab a bite for our ride back home. Some ordered breakfast and some ordered dinner. The taste, texture, and presentation of the food and drinks were far better than our local Jackson McDonalds last night. It's still hard to get hot French fries late at night, but everything else was worth the visit.

Efficient service, good fast food. Visiting Sikeston to see relatives and being singularly unimpressed with the so-called "hot breakfast" available at nearby Comfort Inn, I drove over to McDonalds to get myself a proper breakfast....a sausage biscuit for my mother and two breakfast burritos for myself and a hashbrown side. The drive thru order board is partly computerized....the voice that greets you is automated....then the actual order clerk will come on after you finish giving your order to read the total out to you. It's a little jarring if you're not expecting it, but otherwise they are fast and efficient and precise...also, they were open at 7am on Sunday morning while BK next door was NOT. I appreciated their being open especially that morning.

Have an optional kiosk to place your order yourself. Able to customize my order. Very easy and the checkout gentlemen was helpful with questions I had about the surrounding area. Knew about the outlet mall behind them.

Friendly service. Recognized my grandfather as a VN Vet, receiving almost a $4 discount. Definitely stopping here again on my way back to St. Louis.

WOW!!! This is the MOST welcoming McDonald's ever. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Great service. We've been on the road frequenting other McDonald's restaurants, and we've never experienced service so amazing!

Amazing staff! The lady at the window was all smiles and joked around with my husband. He's a character and anyone that will holler around with him is a winner in my book.

I go to the McDonald’s in Miner, MO. at least 5x a week with my consumer and we always receive nothing but Grade A+ service! I’m proud to say that my consumer has made a BFF with one of the sweetest employees probably in the whole world and she looks forward to seeing her everyday that the lady is working! God Bless!

Very good and efficient customer servive, especially Dianna and Carol. They filled an order for 176 Happy Meals for me, effortlessly.

It was a new store and still had plenty of help. Orders were taken and filled before you could get a table. Food was fresh also.

I bought a #2 meal for a hitchhiker going back to StL and let him out because I was getting on 57 . He was very appreciative of the meal . I'm sure it was as good as all McD food .

Service is pretty slow, you burn too much gas sitting in line between your order and making it to the pick up window..
