My family was n a time crunch n desperate for a washer n dryer! Staff there were so patient n walked us through the decision , the purchase, the delivery, the return and then finally the purchase of a set! They were amazing nice and knew just what we needed.. Thank you guys for everything u do!! As for the store as a whole great job team!! Ok, every man definitely knows how to get to one of these stores. This one is located in Sikeston, MO. I gave a five star rating for this store because of everything I have experienced with them. I am a disabled veteran who has severe anxiety disorder and PTSD. They know that I come in as close to closing time because of my disabilities. They treat the veterans with the upmost respect and support. They never complain about how it's closing time or anything like that. Any company that treats the people who give this country the freedoms it has, deserves a 5☆ rating.

Josh McGuire deserves recognition on his positive attitude, his great help and his complete and overall attentiveness! EVERY business needs more employees like him! We met the gentleman for the first time yesterday while picking up supplies for our family and he went way beyond and out of his way to see that we not only got everything we needed but was satisfied in being helped with everything we needed and we can say absolutely!! Lowe's is my all time favorite and they always have such a great selection of so many different things. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful. This year they have great Halloween decorations that aren't to pricy in cost

Lowe's home improvement is a cheap place to shop on anything from tools for the common man and everything else down to plungers for your toilet all at a discounted price that u can afford.

Just want to recognize a nice young man named Noah. I asked him to help me find some rugs. He then helped me find everything I needed, checked me out and carted my purchase to my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to talk with. He is the kind of employee that makes a retail store successful.

Always greeted with a smile by employees who are ready to help you. Also get to see our favorite Lowe’s pooch Ginger who’s always eager to meet and greet and hope someone has a treat or throws her a ball.

I've been buying from Lowe's since the day they opened. A previous maintenance job sent me to Lowe's several times a day almost every day for 12 years. From it's opening it has always been the best source to quicky get what I need without running all over town only to find the other stores just don't carry everything you're going to need.

On 04/29/2023 I called the Sikeston store on some missing items I purchased on line, and would pick up at the store.
I never did a inventory on 57 items at the store. Two weeks passed and I started on the plumbing job.
I was missing four pvc tees, so I called the store and spoke to the manager.
She told me no problem, come get what was missing. This was a pleasant surprise to me.
I thought I was out of luck. Sikeston lowes store manager, and associates did a outstanding job!

This one is just like all the others with two major differences. First the staff actually had a good idea where whatever you're looking for is. All of them. And they have a rental section.

Their staff is friendly and helpful. Quick to help you find everything you need. Have a wonderful selection of plants, flowers and vegetables. Great place to go when working in your yard or garden.

Alice, Steve and Mike (and a young guy, I didn't catch his name) were so helpful! They were able to get me in and out quickly and even loaded and tied down everything in the back of my truck!

It is the best place to get tools and any hardware you need for all your home improvement . In sikeston mo
