We have used this company for 3 years for the opening of our pool due to the fact that our realtor referred us to them. Therefore, we thought we were in good hands. Even though we didn't like the idea that we were never given a set price for the opening we stayed with them. I will say we were satisfied with the service for 2 years. Rick was slow but did the job well. This year it was a different story. We were extremely dissatisfied with the opening of our pool. Besides using our chemicals they left a mess in our shed when using the chemicals that we have in our shed. There was powder all over our shed on top of our items that we store inside the shed. The scoop that they used for the chemicals was left on top of our fence and leaves from their so called cleaning stuck on the fence. They also used our brush to clean the pool and broke it. They didn't tell us about breaking the brush and left it on the ground. They still charged us $623 for leaving a mess. When I called Rick to complain he was very rude. I told him that I was very disappointed in him and that hopefully he was able to sleep after taking advantage of us. What happened to customer service?
