Keyland Pawn & Jewelry

Keyland pawn is an absolute gem. They have something for everyone and are willing to make good deals. Plus the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife came in and asked about a tool she needed, a staff member said "I would recommend this and we don't have that" pointed her in the right direction. Very nice.

After not having anything done to my wedding set in over a decade, I sent my rings into Keyland Pawn for Andy to work my magic. I received my set back in better condition than when we first bought them 14 years ago!! He cleaned, inspected and made any necessaryrepairs to it. I cannot stop looking at them and I am so grateful for the work he does! Trust me, he's a magician!

I stopped in to see their Jeweler Andy without even thinking that he could help me. I have been to multiple places to have my rings fixed and no one would help me. However Andy looked at me and said what I needed done would be no problem and he could have it done in 4 days. He didn’t let me down and went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I will be a returning customer with all my business. Thank you for making me so happy to finally after three years be able to wear my wedding rings again.

My wedding band snapped & Andy took such great care of both my band & engagement ring. He built up the bottoms of my rings to make them a little thicker to avoid them snapping in the future. He also inspected & cleaned them for me & now they look brand new! I've found my jeweler for life!

I was so impressed with the service I received. Damon was so professional and friendly. I was very pleased with how he handled my transaction. I am planning to do more business with him and his staff in the very near future. They also do jewelry repair and sizing and I am planning to take a set of rings to be sized. I took a cross that was severely bent and Mr Huffman repaired back to original shape. I was very impressed with the service I received and the rapid time frame. He also sized 2 rings and they looked great. Thank you for such great service, I will be returning.

I have visited and purchased many different items over the years going to Keyland. Everyone is very polite and eager to help. This review is mainly for the jeweler and how amazing his work is. I've had a necklace repaired when the chain snapped and just had a ring resized, his work is absolutely phenomenal. The turn-around time is super fast and never had anything take more than a few days. He is truly a great asset to Fairmont. Thank you again Keyland pawn and staff!!

My mother in law told me about this place when I couldn’t find a place that could resize my rings any quicker than 4-8 weeks. The jeweler had both rings done in 26 hours and at an amazing price!! The ring and band look flawless, I will be back.

Always treated fairly. Price is fair and well displayed leaving little doubt, and I don't think I've purchased a single thing I thought was over the line, in fact if you're there at the right time you can catch very nice deals well worth the time and money. A+ service every time. I moved here about 6 years ago and I've shopped here many times. I will continue returning and shopping and utilizing the awesome pawn services. Awesome place! I always take my jewelry there. They do an amazing job of making it look new and beautiful with a very affordable price!

Little bit of everything. Legitimate business. I get games from here for my kids and I keep an eye on jewelry as well. My wife looks for new rings. Just remember, it isn't a rings fault for being at a pawn shop, just like it isn't a dog's fault for being at a shelter. I have had to return a power tool once abs they offered to replace the battery for free since they have to replace it before selling it anyways. I just took instore credit for it which they honored about 40 days later. FYI... Pawn shops are a person to person business. Like a yard sale with computers. So don't think it's a superstore and understand the environment, however, they don't take sketchy things, fake jewelry or diamonds, or things missing serial numbers.

Damon, Mills, and the guys are the best! I've bought numerous firearms, tools, and electronics without problems - ever. They're my go to FFL when I need one. Fair prices or better - every time. Highly recommended.

The guys there are awesome I purchased a chainsaw from them and they were very knowledgeable about it . I also had an old gun I brought in one time and had no clue about it because it was before serial numbers were stamped on guns they did some digging for Free and yes I said Free because they were interested in the history behind it to and wanted to help so thankyou guys again for all the help

Great pawnshop with great staff. Have been here countless times and always had great service. Prices are reasonable have bought a variety of stuff from coins, jewelry, to even video games. And haven’t had a bad experience yet!

I was excited and shocked to find out they have a jeweler on staff that had my ring looking amazing while I browsed around. Every other jewelry store you go to requires you to send away your wedding ring causing you to be without it for over a week, just to get it shined and rhodium plated, mine was done in 10 minutes. Damon always takes care of us, but this was the best!! I never would have thought, but if you need a highly qualified jeweler, for any reason you can find him right in Fairmont at Keyland!

Love this place!! It is a hidden gem!!! Literally! They have beautiful jewelry. Unbelievable diamonds. But the best thing is they have a jeweler on site. The can resize, repair and design any ring or jewelry that you desire! And the are friendly and very helpful!! I will be back!!!

These guys are awesome I had to get a loan from them by pawning a lot of my tools and although I fell behind on my payments they were willing to work with me so that I didn't lose my tools so I would recommend anybody to go there whether you are buying or selling or just pawning for a loan you guys are amazing and their products are always top.

Wow...I am still in shock over the absolute phenominal job Andy did with my grandmothers diamond ring that she designed herself and had a jewler make over 80 years ago. I have never taken it off, and due to wear and age, the back of the ring not only broke, a big piece fell off and I was heartbroken when I was told by another jewelry store that the ring had to have "several" things done to it, not just the broken band.
I did not even know that there was a "gem" of a jeweler right here in Fairmont at Keylands pawn brokers.
Andy not only was able to repair my keepsake, but he brought the entire ring back to life which you can see for yourself on the video they did of my ring!! I am forever grateful Andy, thank you so much for all your painstaking work, I won't be going anywhere else!😁
