Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fairmont

Our late Check-in was super smooth & easy. The room (King Suite) was very spacious with a let out Love Seat. The room was very nice, clean, & recently remodeled. The only issue I would describe is the room door was not fully flushed to the frame & I could hear noises from the hallway. Overall I would return & recommend family & friends for a stay.

The room was nothing special but fine enough... what is getting this place a 5 star review from me is the service from its staff. Excellent all around. We left my sons baby blanket behind and having to work with the staff to get that shipped back to us was so seamless I had to come leave a review as a thank you. Even without having to deal with getting an item returned, everyone I spoke to there was extremely professional and most importantly kind - exactly the staffing you want in a customer service type position. Would stay here again.

Stayed in recently renovated room that was very well appointed and quiet, too. Desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Location near restaurants and the interstate was convenient.

After traveling for 4 days and 3 other hotels we came across this great hotel definitely the best on our travels. Very clean in the rooms and through out the facility. A pleasant surprise when we entered the room. The room was clean and big with a couch and table. Breakfast was great with wonderful variety of foods. Cheese omelets,fresh fruit, juices coffee,tea ,fresh warm pastries, sausages toast and biscuits and it goes on. Definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful little stop nestled on a mountain side, right off the hwy. The rooms are nice and cozy. But what really sets it apart is the staff, Justin thank you so much for being so kind and showing up all the nice places to visit. We planned on driving through to Canada, but now we are going to take your recommendations and see the sites! A+ service!
Add on! Breakfast was amazing! The full line is out and I mean it! Bacon, eggs, egg whites, sausage , fruits drinks, and best of all the new staffer Dante! What a nice, kind articulate young man! Greeted us first thing and was absolutely delightful.

Cute and cozy little hotel close to thruway.. Tucked back behind a few other business. We stayed here on our way to and on our way back from our vacation. They are currently under renovation, but it didn't affect us whatsoever in terms of noise, mess or disturbance of any kind. The new rooms we stayed in were nice.

I was exhausted after a long drive. This hotel was a nice relief to get some sleep. The pillows and bed were amazing. Best sleep I have gotten in awhile. I preferred the location because it was close to work and the state park. Checkout was super fast. Everyone here was super friendly!

Working for a long-term client in the area, I have stayed here more times than I can count. The staff is the best (far better than any other hotel in the area). They will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are of the highest quality and make for an exceptional night's sleep. Hot showers with great water pressure are nice too! Breakfasts are always good and there is plenty of food options available to choose from. I only have one negative comment: If you are a business traveler, their desks and particularly their desk chairs are the worst and aren't suitable for extended time sitting while working. I have been advised that they will be updating and renovating this hotel in the near future. I hope they don't skimp on the purchase and replacement of their desk chairs and desks.

My son was traveling home from college and a huge snow storm was supposed to hit so they got on the road and out of the way of the storm. I called to make a reservation for him using my rewards points and was in a panic as it was last minute. Misty the front desk clerk was amazing and even better to my son and his girlfriend when they checked in! Thank you Misty for your hospitality and kindness.

Excellent workers did all they could to make sure we got what we needed while there. The pool was warm. Everything fully cleaned and easy to reach any floor. Breakfast was the standard covid breakfast. 5 items to choiese from and your choice of milk or chocolate milk and juice.they even let my family stay a half hour later than checkout so we could have a good time at cracker barrell before we left.beds are very comfortable and tv and alarm clock working well. Would go there again easily.handicap parking near door and a family dollar and gas station easy to get to in 2 minutes.

Good place clean rooms good people worked there

Everything was great! Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, greek yogurt, bacon, eggs, bagel and cream cheese, Danishes, bananas, oatmeal, apple juice, Cranberry juice, orange juice. Lots to choose from. Another nice thing is Breakfast is open until 9 and they weren't rushing us at all. Really friendly and helpful desk clerk as well. Nice cool room and really comfortable beds. This hotel is also RIGHT OFF OF the interstate which makes it very convenient.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Construction makes getting off 79 a little tricky but that's not their fault.

Awesome place to stay! Will definitely be back, the rooms were nice and spacious. Employees super friendly and even during covid they offer a pretty decent breakfast. Only thing that would have been better was if we were able to use the pool/hot tub. My husband and I travel that way every month for Dr appointments this will definitely be our go to place.

Room was HUGE. The lobby and room were very clean. There was no buffet due to the pandemic, but the bagged breakfasts were decent. The hotel was also very quiet even though someone was right across from us. The location is conveniently located right off the highway. The Super 8 next door makes the Holiday Inn parking lot sketchy, but we had thousands of dollars worth of bikes and kayaks on the car and no one messed with it.

Clean spacious rooms. King room had a couch plus a chair and also a small table with 2 additional chairs, a mini-fridge, microwave and a Kuerig. A/C worked really well and bed was nice and comfortable with both soft and firm pillows. Overnight it was so quiet you thought you were the only one in the building. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Clean, nice staff, actual breakfast. Holiday Inn Express is always a good choice. I don't stay anywhere else. Pool was also clean and actually open. Screw the stupid COVID-19 protocols at these other hotels that limit the hours for everything. They also had vending machines! They've taken them out of most the other hotels. Also a safe spot off the highway away from the city.

The room they put us in was not the room we chose online, the air didn’t work, and the faucet in the bathroom sink was broken.

I go down to the lobby and talk to the front desk woman, and she said the room we are in is comparable to the room we booked (It wasn’t). I didn’t raise a stink I informed her of the AC, and the faucet.

She calls about 20 minutes later and offers us another room we go and check it out. It was exactly the same, down to the AC not working.

We finish unpacking and then get another call. She thinks she has a solution but there is only one bed. Now so far with the AC’s we decide to check it out, and well immediately we said we will take it. The room is like the room we booked online, and the AC WORKS!

I am so thankful to the hotel and the woman at the front desk (Mia) for making the accommodations right.

My family and I were passing by and it was 10pm when we decided to take a break and came into this place. Very nice staff, friendly. The hotel stood up to the Holiday Inn Express brand very well. Had a great night sleep in a very spacious and clean and tidy room with TV which has almost all the great stuff, HBO HD, and all!! The best morning, great breakfast. The place does have an indoor pool and gym, which we couldn't use, but seeing them in good condition was a great sight.
All in all, recommend this place. Not pricy! Full value!!
