Been here before, it's nice and clean. Store hours on their website (12/19/13) are:
Retail Hours: Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM/ Sat: Closed/ Sun: Closed

Last Collection: Mon-Fri: 7:00 PM/ Sat: 6:00 PM/ Sun: Closed

M-F 09:30-18:30, Google Maps open hours are inaccurate. This was on a Monday.

Nice as far as post offices go. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Appointment at 0745. Showed up at 0715 took 30mins to get someone’s attention to open gate. Checked in at 0740 out before 0800 (Was on route to a USPS and this was a stop. Didn’t even get loaded)

Mail service is absolutely horrible. I've had Mail arrive at this post office multiple times now, and sit there for two days before being put out for delivery. I live in an apartment complex, and the Mail lady is so damn lazy, that she won't even bring the Mail past the front office. I have observed her multiple times with a box of packages, shell knock on the office door and if no one answers in a few seconds she walks back to her Mail van and drives off. Just like today, I had a package scheduled for delivery, then a few hours later it says that the package was attempted. I've been home literally all day. There was no attempt made to deliver the package.

I'm really having a problem with the Little Rock, Arkansas, Processing and Distribution Center Annex sending packages to the wrong town/city in Arkansas. I've gotten three MISSENT messages in the last three months. This means the package has to be sent back to the Little Rock Distribution Center from the wrong city and then sent out again to the correct address in the correct town, which causes considerable delays. I'm paying for shipping through Amazon Prime or for a seller's "guaranteed" delivery date, but the problem always seems to be with the Little Rock USPS. Just don't know what is going on.
