My family and I have done business with this CVS location for more years than I can remember. Everyone there on staff or the pharmacy team have always been friendly, efficient and helpful. There are other pharmacies closer to home, but we would never consider going anywhere else.

I’ve been shopping at this CVS pharmacy for several years now. I have always found the pharmacist and all the personnel behind the counter to be friendly, informative, personable, and have gone out of their way to help me at times of need. I know many of them on a first name basis and will continue to shop here, because of their attentive nature and assistance. I highly recommend working with all the folks here I will continue to do some myself for years to come.

Pharmacy staff is always helpful to make sure I have my prescriptions they make sure I have a little wait time and get my medication fast with friendly service.

Believe it or not, this CVS location has finally found some excellent customer service folks. I received top notch service at the pharmacy with Jasmen and in the store with Lynn. Great job improving things at the El Camino location in Sunnyvale.

Came here for COVID booster shot which I’ve made an appointment for. Arrived 10 mins prior as instructed, brought all the things required, also as instructed. Got helped by the lady behind the counter who was very polite and I was out the door before I know it. 10/10 service idk why all these people crying with their 1/5 reviews smh.

Had issues with dr issuing the wrong prescription. Quinn was very helpful in figuring out a comparable medication that would work for my purposes. She also help me with a flu shot and was extremely kind.

I use this place to pick up medicine for my son. They have good collection of over the counter medications like probiotics for infant, infant pain relievers etc
