I love this place. Small, quaint. The staff is great. Rose and Eleanor are amazing!

Keep in mind, there are only 2 windows so on busy days, there can be lines.

Small and friendly. Easy parking during non-peak times.

Today was a wonderful day at the Occoquan USPS. Postmaster Judy was so calm and kind as she helped me figure out the best way to send packages to Colorado for the lowest price. I also had an international package and 14 other items to send (yes, I was that terrible creature with a load of items to mail during the winter holiday rush), and Judy was wonderful. There wasn't much I could do other than stand there reflecting on the gratitude I felt for the peace of the experience. The other times I've gone to the Occoquan post office have been excellent as well. I appreciate the care and attention they offer to their clients. It's a small post office, which means at times there is a line, but I've been happy with the service I've received.

I had a lot of stuff to send (8 boxes total and 3 were heavy dive tanks). Elenor and Judy were fantastic and laughed and made it fun, even when the printer jammed (repeatedly). The location was so easy to get to, close parking and easy access to the counter. I drove out of my way (from Arlington), just to use this location, and I will do so again!! Great job ladies !!!

I love this post office. It is a small, friendly location. Customer service here is exceptional. All employees somehow find a way to brighten my day! Who knew a visit to the post office could be so pleasant? Keep up the good work!

Parking can be a hassle at times but great post office and staff. Have always been very nice, respectful, and very helpful with whatever I have needed.

Great post office- always a smile. If they served coffee or beer with their service, they'd sigle-handledly turn the U.S. postal service red ink to profitbility! ...well, almost ;-)

Asian lady In there is rude and disrespectful, no customer service skills at all. The others employees always help me with no problems though.
