My team has worked with Shehan Pools on several projects. Scott and his team have been amazing from the start. The communication has been excellent and the follow through has been over the top. We will continue to work with Shehan Pools on future projects.

Eric and Rel closed our pool yesterday. They did an excellent job. They were thorough, professional, and courteous. They are among the best service technicians we've had of any type in 50 years of home ownership. I cannot speak highly enough of them and Shehan Pools.

We have been a Shehan Pool owner for over 15 years and love our pool. Recently we decided to change the tile and replaster using Diamond Brite. The work done by the Shehan employees was outstanding -Scott’s crew, Victor, Nate, Philip and Jose were professional and the work they did was excellent. Nate especially went above and beyond and paid close attention to details and never left until we were happy. We have needed very little service over the years with the exception of opening and closing the pool. We did, however, recently need a sand filter replaced. Once again the service techs in the field delivered. Eric and Rail were professional and competent and able to replace our filter quickly and expertly. Eric exceeded our expectations with the quality of work he did and his knowledge of what needed to be done.

I loved how friendly they were. Great customer service! I couldn’t find anyone to return my calls to help me with my pool questions. Granted I know it was the busy season but still not to return my calls is pretty crazy! I called Shehan and they were great and is actually sending someone out to my pool to look at my problems within 2 days! They got my business from now on!

We just moved to NKY late summer and we were late to get on the calendar for a winterization. After having issues scheduling a winterization, no call backs, other companies not spending the time to talk to me about plans for our pool, and then a missed appointment, I contacted Debbie at Shehan Pools. She was extremely helpful over the phone in talking to me about service plans/planning including winterization and worked to squeeze me in over the holiday ahead of a forecasted first winter storm to get this pool closed. She did a great job calling me to keep me informed about service times. Eric and Rel were very experienced and great to work with on closing the pool down and discussing with me options I have for improving my pool that came with this newly purchased home.

Shehan Pools installed the pool at the hotel I manage. Their whole team has been wonderful to work with. I visit their store about once a week and I am always greeted by a trio of friendly young men learning the family business. Cole, Adian and Will are always happy and professional and always offer me a cold beverage. They've even learned my name, a sign of great customer service. Debbie and Eric are also great. Thank you for all that you do and keep up the great work!

We have been a satisfied and very happy customer of Shehan Pools for 13 years! We have grown to count on Tony from Shehan as he is without question a wonderful reflection on the company. He cares a great deal about us as an individual customer and ALWAYS is there when we need him. We count on him and he always makes himself available. He is fantastic and would get our highest rating. We wanted to let you know how much we like our new pool liner and the Lead person "Tony" who installed it. Tony has closed our pool for many years and whenever we had any problems he has been quick to resolve any issues. We respect his work and his attitude.

Sara helped me select ledge loungers and pillow headrests for my new pool. She was spot-on with the colors. When the order arrived, one of the loungers was damaged in shipment, but they quickly ordered a replacement. She and her two boys personally delivered the loungers and set them up in the pool. Very pleased with her polite and professional service.

Shenan Pools is a great family owned pool company. There service guy, Eric, is professional and knows pools! He did a great job opening our pool and giving me some valuable tips to keep our pool clean and the water crystal clear. Great job!!!

Tony is such an asset to Shehan Pools. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and customer focused with incredible follow up. Shehan did our pool and we worked with a guy named Scott Cowell. What an awesome building experience we had with Scott. I knew nothing about pools or having a pool built. Scott walked me through every step of the process... answering any questions I had. What an amazing experience for me. We are going to build two hotels next and we will have Shehan do those pools. Sheehan pools has gone above and beyond for my family.
When the tornado warning sounded we headed for a place to take shelter. We were headed for Kroger when the radio reported a tornado and told us to take shelter immediately in a basement. Sheehan Pools was the closest and the door was propped open.
We were welcomed inside to take shelter even though they were under construction!
Everyone was so kind and compassionate! While we waited for the storm to pass Sarah and her sons provided a calm and warm atmosphere. We were blessed today by thier kindness and I am very grateful for them!

Once again another successful pool opening from Tony and Josh of of the service department. We are pretty particular about our set up and Tony is the only guy we let open our pool and tiki hut!! Thanks again!!

Eric & Rail were very courteous and efficient. Cleaned up their mess when they got the job done. Knew what they were doing and will definitely ask for those 2 again when we need something else done.
