Bonner Point is a beautiful little neighborhood park on a point of land in Historic Bath North Carolina. It's great for a 15 minute rest stop, or longer if you like to sit on a bench under great old trees, watching the water! There is also a fully restored historic home (the Bonner house) which can be toured if open.

Absolutely beautiful here, and history rich!!! Just be careful where you sit in the grass... it's definitely fire ant season.

Nice little spot kind of secluded to picnic or let the kids play. Picnic tables near the water and good trails.

We were just riding and found this place and pulled up at 12:45am and it was just beautiful moon shining on water. I would love to go back in daytime.
