Goin' Postal Brentwood

Both guys working were super kind. Helped me with my DHL return, printed out a better label for me, let me use one of their bubble packages because I didn't have a box, and even gave me a bottle of water while getting everything sorted. We talked baseball and football and overall a really enjoyable experience, highly recommend this place for your shipping needs!

I recently downloaded some activity sheets (dot to dots up to 1000) and could not get them to print without the edges being cut off. I emailed the downloads to Goin’ Postal Brentwood, and they were able to print it and even enlarged it so it was easier to perform. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service was prompt. I will definitely go back for future printing needs and would highly recommend this shop!

The gentlemen working were so sweet. They gave me Christmas candy and saw that I was overwhelmed (trying to get Christmas cards out between meetings) and offered to put my stamps on all my cards for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I can’t express how big of a difference that made in my day.

Hands down the best shipping, business and mailbox business. We have had our mailbox here over 3 years. They send us notifications when we have mail. When we ship or need a notary they are quick and friendly. Being under 30 years old this is the kind of place your parents describe. Where they know you by name and are always so full if joy! Love this place.

They are genuine, friendly, and happy to have your business. Their prices are very fair and they have a wide variety of services. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

The Brentwood Goin Postal location is wonderful. We frequent this store often and for multiple services. We are always greeted warmly and all requests are handled efficiently and with a smile. We highly recommend using this location for all your shipping projects as well as for its very easy shredding services. They are also very accommodating if you need them to print or scan something for you.

Best customer service I’ve received anywhere. Jim was an absolute pleasure to meet. He was more than willing to help, offering assistance multiple times and even had coolers full of drinks that were free to take. Awesome experience and will continue coming here for any of my shipping needs.

Moving away and I'm going to miss this place. The guys who work here are so genuine, nice and funny. They always take care of everything and seem to enjoy their work.

Literally my go-to place for delivering packages, mail, etc… They are the KINDEST souls in the world! The BEST customer service I’ve ever been provided with and always have a SMILE on their faces. I will never stop coming here. Every time they see me walking in they remember exactly who I am and thank me for my service as a respiratory therapist since I’m half asleep when I need to deliver packages! They make this town feel more and more like home ❤ You are amazing!

This is the only Goin' Postal shop we have ever used. Hopefully, they are all as amazing as our local shop in Brentwood, TN. The owner and staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. Friendly service and skilled at what they do. We have used them for all areas of shipping and packaging needs and their notary service. Also, they do a great job printing. We had some large signs printed and they turned out great. Pricing is better than any other shipping or printing company we have used. Love this shop and the staff!

Best customer service you could ever ask for! Small town local business feel! Jim helped us and was so friendly. Gave my boys refreshments while he packaged up our things to be shipped. I won’t go anywhere else for anything that needs shipping. ❤❤❤

This is the best and friendliest Goin' Postal in town! They are so customer service oriented and efficient. I didn't know they closed at 3:00 on Saturdays and I got there at 3:06 to drop off a package. The owner unlocked the door and offered to tape up my package and drop it in the UPS box. What great service! This is not the first time they have been awesome either! Check them out! They are great!

Some of the google reviews gave me pause, but I eventually overcame my apprehension and visited. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I recommended the store to my wife, who also had a positive experience.

It sounds like they had a change in ownership and I think it's worth giving this place a shot. I'm very happy to have a conveniently-located shipping store in Nolensville and will definitely continue returning here for my business.

This place is amazing! They have everything in one spot and conveniently located in Nolensville. I needed to print out important documents and was able to email them over the night before with instructions and they were ready and waiting for me the next morning. I was also please to receive an email back acknowledging my request was received and that they were on it. No more waiting in long lines at an office store for me! I appreciate the reliable and friendly service I received here.
