There was a long line and only one person on when I came in after the storm today - think everyone else had the same idea! The gentleman on, with the "Trainee" name tag, was super friendly and kept his calm even when people in line started grow irritable and joke with him about the wait. 5 stars because despite it all he had a great attitude and treated everyone with the same patience and respect

With all of the challenges couriers have faced in the past couple of years, I am extremely impressed with this post office. I would particularly like to thank my route driver. She always has a smile and is always just so polite. I apologize for not remembering her name. I would also like to acknowledge my appreciation for the kind and dedicated professionalism I experienced today from John. I came in on a Saturday to try to locate a package that had been scheduled to be delivered. John was the manager on duty that day. He approached the counter with a smile and had a positive attitude about the whole affair, which really put my worries to rest. He quickly handled the situation by locating not only the package I was looking for, but also another package I was expecting to receive the following week. He was even generous enough to carry what I would identify as an oddly shaped oversized package to my vehicle. I cannot show my gratitude enough for braving all the elements and any challenges that have come your way! I thank you for your dedication!

Just like to praise the service I got on a package I posted near closing time last Saturday -- it was gifts going several states away that I wanted to arrive today (Monday), but I failed to get it together Wednesday when I figured I'd have a chance. Being cheap, I took the regular rate & just accepted that it would arrive later in the week -- but no, MY FRIEND GOT IT TODAY! Thanks to all involved for a job well done! Moreover, the hard-working clerk apologised to me for something, but I don't know what -- he did great! Still, I'll try in the future to post things a bit earlier --

The ladies here are always friendly, efficient and there is seldom ever a long wait.

The line was long, probably due to the Christmas season. The staff was very efficient, and it went very quickly!

The manager and staff are expeditiously handling the mass amount of pick ups, drop off, and additional customers that the holiday season brings. I’d like to specifically point out the manager for being so proactive with filtering the line of people down and helping others with tasks as best as she is able. A line is inevitable, but to see her assist the clerks and immediately bounce from job to job seamlessly left a wonderful impression of the work being done.

Not as bad as reviews would convey. They’re a post office not miracle workers.

Most of the time waiting was because of insane requests by other customers who have no idea what they’re doing.

Going to the post office is always a horrible chore second only to going to the DMV, but this time it was actually pretty pleasant. Postal worker Shan had infinite patience with all the grumpy people (and with me, too burnt out by my work week to properly register which one the green envelope was). Hats off to you, Shan.

My favorite post office! The workers are friendly and go out of their way to help me. I mail a lot of random stuff for work. Once, I dropped off a mailing that had incorrect postage. Not only did they track me down at work to inform me of this, but they actually helped me add the remaining to postage to my 1000 pieces of mail. So nice of them!

I’ve had a PO BOX here for 2 years and go in often. The employees are efficient and helpful. They know their stuff and are patient and kind. Thank you!

Friendly staff and good customer service. Only issue is, other than the small 51st Sheridan Post Office, this is the only Post Office in the South Tulsa area that offers full customer service like PO Boxes, stamps, or help with shipping

Long holiday line but friendly fast service

I visit this location sometimes weekly. Most of the time, the wait is minimal. On the couple of longer waits, the staff seemed sincerely apologetic. I find the customer service at this location to be great!

I'm from OKC and took a package with me already on my way to Tulsa. OKC office was still closed when I left so I dropped it off there and was in and out. Great location from what I got from them.

Sure they’ve misplaced my items a couple times but they’re always nice and Helpful. We did it eventually. I appreciate them.

I must have gone at the right time (around 2pm) because there was no line I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Long lines and only two workers. The line moves fairly quickly. Love the location.

Always very helpful staff. The wait time can be excessive at time but that is more due to understaffing in my opinion.

I have never been more impressed by a post office! Going the extra mile, and just being great! Thank-you
