Brian was amazing! I went to a Walgreens to ship a package and they gave me the biggest fit of shipping my package out. So I came here and Brian printed my label and gave my box extra tape on it to be safe. I will always come here to ship my things when I’m town. Thank you Brian.

I walked in with arms full of packages and carrying a car seat, obviously overwhelmed. The staff quickly helped me unload, get everything sorted, and sweetly got me what I needed. I will definitely choose the Postal Annex next time - much more relaxing and enjoyable than the post office!

The team at PostalAnnex+ here in Tulsa have been a huge help packing up fragile items including valuable art for international shipping. I found them extremely friendly, attentive, careful with the items, and nothing was ever too much hassle. Their charges are were extremely reasonable and I felt like I was getting too good of a deal. Highly recommend.

This is the best postal business by far in the Tulsa area... perhaps in the entire country 😃!! I have been a happy customer of Postal Annex for nearly 15 years. I've used virtually all of their services, from having a mailbox to shipping and receiving packages. In all of that time, I have been impressed with their remarkable levels of customer service. Steve and his team are a wonderful bunch of people who truly care about the people they interact with. Twice they have gone out of their way, and outside normal levels of service to help me out when an urgent situation arose with regards to packages. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Today 11/22 Fedex provided proof that my package was delivered here but it was no where to be found. Because the staff on duty said she didn't notice Fedex come in, I was upset 'because I thought they didn't care about my missing package. Although I was upset she (Ms Martin) was very patient with me. Deena took my number and promised to investigate.

It turned out that Fedex had mis-delivered to another address. Thanks to Deena and Ms Martin I got my 42lbs package same day. Thank you, ladies!

I love the postal annex. Yes, it costs a little more than going to the post office but the time it saves makes up for the difference. Friendly and very helpful staff. And they always have you information available so they can print out labels for you to the places you ship. I highly recommend them!

I've used Postal Annex for almost 10 years now. The mailbox rates are very reasonable and their expertise in shipping is as if you are talking directly to the shipper, minus the long lines. Such a great location, too. I can eat at one of the restaurants, go to my optometrist, then grocery shop and right over to Postal Annex, all in one trip!

I have been coming here for years and always have the best experience. Everybody is always so friendly and I can get in-and-out rather quickly. They are more than helpful and make the process so much easier then going to the Post Office. This place is wonderful!

Our son recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Tulsa. When he realized on his return home that he had left his iPad behind, we contacted the Crowne Plaza. Housekeeping found his iPad, turned it in, and Shanika at the Crowne Plaza gave it to Postal Annex for shipment. Shanika was awesome and stayed in communication with me. I called the staff at Postal Annex, gave them my credit card number, and they shipped the iPad to us. We received the iPad right on schedule, and the folks at the Postal Annex did a superb job packing the iPad safely. I have spoken with a couple of different employees at the Postal Annex. One was Mary, and I’m sorry that I can’t remember the other person’s name. The Postal Annex employees and Shanika at the Crowne Plaza were very pleasant, courteous, helpful, and professional. We are very thankful for this positive experience with the Crowne Plaza and Postal Annex in Tulsa. Five stars! Keep up the great work!! You all rock.

Deena is wonderful. Always knowledgeable and professional, she has a fantastic attitude and is always a delight to deal with. However much they are paying her, it’s not enough. She is worth her weight in gold!!!
