This is the most friendly and nice usps location in whole Chattanooga! And all because of nicest man who work there behind the counter! I hope his bosses will give him promotion because he deserve it!

They have always been helpful and diligent in delivering our mail, often going above and beyond in getting our packages to us.

The gentleman working there was incredibly helpful.

This Post Office is the greatest and is always clean and you can smell that it is clean.

Very clean and the friendly staff are always willing to help you with all your mailing needs.

Usually either unable or unwilling to lend a hand or even offer to go the extra mile. Also terrible hours, very inconvenient and unhelpful as the people I've encountered that work behind the counter. My delivery lady is awesome tho. She saves it from being a 1 star

Frequently get mail that doesn’t belong to me so I can just imagine that my mail goes elsewhere also. Yesterday I received an email notice saying that a package I was expecting could not be delivered because it would not fit in my mailbox. Of course it would not fit in the mailbox it was a yard aerator that you pull behind a lawnmower. Also the PO clerk here is unfriendly

They are horrible. First they don’t have hours past 3pm so anyone that works can never make it to pick up packages. They also say they tried to deliver packages when I know for a fact they haven’t. I have been at home all day and never once got a person come to the door and yet we get a ‘delivery was attempted’ notice via email. So I have to reschedule delivery and get packages days beyond when I was supposed to all because the carrier is too lazy to get out of their car. Ridiculous.

When we get a package that does not fit in the mailbox, not only is the box left on the front porch but so is our paper mail. Just finished walking the neighborhood picking up our mail. And, this is not the first time. This way of doing mail delivery needs to stop.

Packages and mail left outside not under covered porch. It rained last week and we lost a package due to being soaked. We have called and asked to please on the porch but it hasn’t made a difference.

the fella that runs the counter is quite rude, if it was a private sector he wouldn't have a job.
spend the extra few minutes to E Brainerd where the folks are pleasant.
