Pizza Hut

Husband and I ate in dining room on 2/18/24. All the tables were covered in dirty dishes not picked up yet, people still eating. I think we were sat at the only clean table left. Despite being short staffed from 2 call ins and assistant manager who quit on the spot after 2 days of being hired, our service was excellent and the food was hot fresh and delivered promptly. The staff never let their lack of help show through their customer service. Greatly appreciated!!

The employees are wonderful! Not only to they make a great pizza, but they serve you with a smile and treat you with respect! This is truly the best Pizza Hut!

Pizza's are very good, service is good. The only thing is they don't put enough sauce on their boneless wings

I'm giving this PH a 5 star rating.. more times than not they have greeted me with a smile, always asking if I need plates, napkins or condiments at the drive through.

I ordered my pizza online and it would be ready at the window at 5:15 p.m.. I showed up 3 minutes early and had to wait in line for 10 extra minutes past my time of 5:15 p.m. when I got home my pizza was not fresh. I do believe that reason was not due to Pizza Hut employees but to the people inline too early for their pickup.

My husband and I had lunch here. Was busy but we were seated without much wait. Super clean. Great service and really good pizza and breadsticks.

I arrived at about 10:04 on 6/11/19 and the manager informed me that they were actually closed, but since another family was still eating she would be happy to seat me and allow me to order food. I really appreciate that she did that because I had been traveling all day and was really hungry. She very easily could have said to bad as a lot of restaurants have said this over the years. I travel weekly for my job and sometimes it means late nights, so I am always worried about getting to a restaurant before closing especially in smaller towns. Anyway thank you for the great service with a smile and I will be back and I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut.

I have been there 3 years ago and then again Friday around 4ish with my husband and 2 kids. And that place never disappoints! Their pizza is honestly the BEST pizza hut pizza and atmosphere I've ever been to. And the breadsticks were the best we've ever had. And the employee who was working, she was so nice and polite! Way to go!

Very good service and pizza were great!

I placed my order online and my husband picked it up. He was early. The employee told him I had just placed the order and that they were working on it. He waited and received exactly what I had ordered. Everything was as promised and very good.

Pick up order was perfectly cooked and everything was amazing. Staff was helpful and order was ready exactly when we needed it.

We do not have a dine in pizza hut where we live so we go to praire du chein to eat in. Pizza was fantastic, waitress was overwhelmed being the only waitress there. When our pizza came, I ordered one to go. She forgot to put the order in. I was disappointed but as I said she also was the only one there with a lot of people to take care of. Will be going back.

Waitress was terrific. Made sure we always had a refill.pretty impressive since she was the only one working. Plus there was a birthday party going on.

The pizza hut in prairie du chien wisconsin is awesome my pizza and wings were delicious and my delivery guy was amazing and he was a very nice guy!!

We were visiting the area. It was the best pizza hut pizza we have had in a long time!

I had ordered carry out. When I arrived at the restaurant it was very busy. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. When I did get to the window I was apologized to, and she ran my card and accidentally rang up the wrong order. Once it was corrected they gave me an extra order of wings for my wait and the mix up. Awesome!

Just passing through and looking for some place familiar to eat at. Was a little surprised to find a Pizza Hut that still had a dining room. Took the opportunity to eat there. It was big and clean on the inside. Had the classic breadsticks and a pepperoni pie. Everything tasted just how you expect and hope it would.

The food is always absolutely delicious and the customer service is always above and beyond and keeps me a loyal customer!

I love this pizza hut. They have an employee that has been there through my children growing! That says a lot about the company.
