We just renewed our passports and did it all with the help of the Sugar Grove post office. We downloaded the forms, filled them out, wrote the checks and went to the SGPO where we had our pictures taken. Our good helper proofread our forms, stapled our pictures and checks to the forms and suggested we send them by certified mail-which we did. We were done in 15 minutes-this was the easiest and best experience we have had renewing our passports. Kudos to the good help our post office!!!!!

Great post office branch! Employees friendly and helpful. One of the best branches in the area! There are a few branches that are absolutely terrible, but I’ve been going to the Sugar Grove location for several years and I’ve always had good experiences. Recommend!

We have been avoiding this location for a while based on rude employees but needed to get an item in the mail and opted to use the SG location for time/convenience. This time it was an Ashley, but her attitude is just as bad as previous employees that were there almost two years ago. Zero kindness, short and rude. Two stars for convenience only. Let's get this location turned around, please.

Certain people should not be in customer service and whomever was working Saturday afternoon on 11/12 is the perfect example of this. She had it all, short aggravated responses with the infamous eye roll. Apparently I was just a dumb person bothering her. My first and last time visiting this location.

I have been a Sugar Grove post office patron for over 15 years and always bragged about the people with whom I interacted; however, that is no longer the case. With the exception of Kandice and Moe customer service is pretty non-existent. I routinely feel as if anything I request is a bother. I get disrespectful body language routinely (audible sighs, eye rolls, etc). This does not feel like acceptable community service to me!

What's with the influx of rude employees?? I've never had a problem with service until about a year ago. I print my own postage and I need postage receipts for my home business records. All they have to do is press a button to print my receipt. It takes about two seconds and costs them nothing. But instead, they give me a hard time about it, rolling their eyes and acting exasperated and disgusted. I leave feeling angry every time. And it says right on the front of the booth pad, "If you do not receive a receipt, ask to see a manager." Okay, I guess I will from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Has to be the worst post office in IL. If you want to be given attitude and poor service, definitely go here. The workers are super rude, definitely makes you value your local post offices more.

paid for a slim card sized package. The clerk applied a postage sticker for $3.25. Went home and layer checked my receipt. I was charged $4.70 . . . . Check your receipts. Not only are grocery stores over-charging, but post offices too.
