PURAGAIN WATER

Our Puragain water system was installed one year ago. We have water cooled Freus air conditioning units in our home. They are not swamp coolers but high seer air conditioners. In the 17 years we’ve been living in this home every year the amount of calcium buildup in the air conditioners is intense. This year, after one year of using our Puragain water filtration system, our air conditioning technician said the water was clear enough to drink.

Great company with friendly staff. We installed their whole house system last summer and just had Julio come by yesterday for maintenance and swapping out of the filters. He was extremely professional, very patient, and knowledgeable with everything he was doing. He answered all our questions and was very respectful entering and exiting our home. I highly recommend Puragain water for your water filtration needs and I hope you get to work with Julio!

We just had a Puragain system installed, but our city water lines are full of sediment and sand. We noticed a drop in our water pressure and called the installer who came back to trouble shoot and fix the problem. The same problem happened and the installer came back. This time the shower cartridge needed to be replaced due to the sediment. The installer made sure we were not worried and that everything would be taken care of, and it was. After a week he returned to clean out more sediment. We are now enjoying the water system, water pressure and all problems have been resolved.

I've been experiencing challenges with another company for 2yrs now. I finally decided it was time to make a change and came across Puragain during a 2 month search. After comparing companies and reading various reviews and complaints I decided to give Puragain a try. Broc came out to my home and did an amazing job explaining the difference between my soft water system and the whole home water filtration system. Francisco came out to install the new system and was just as amazing. Francisco took his time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I am extremely pleased with the outstanding services received this week.

I contacted Puragain after doing a month long search online for whole house filtration system. I saw their great reviews online (vs Culligan that was just kind of all horror stories in customer service). Chris came to our house for consultation. He was so professional, kind, and provided such a great educational review of the system. I felt confident in signing up after meeting with him. After that Jose came to our house within days to do the install. He was very professional, kind and his work was very clean. It has now been over two months since our system was installed and I can't say enough good things. I know the search is hard and I did all the homework, with 3 in-person consults. Puragain, Chris and Jose are awesome.

Amazing company! Removed my old salt system that came apart internally and damaged lo my faucets. So glad we went with a conditioner and not another salt mess. Never liked that feeling of water anyways.

All completely bogus lies! Carbon block filters get rid of oder & taste, but do not get rid of the hundreds of chemicals and fluoride in the water. The third/last phase claims to descale all the calcium & magnesium deposites in your old pipes, providing you with healthy mineralized drinking water. This is garbage! All of the years of scaling and junk in old pipes are now getting scraped loose into your faucets..I wouldn't bath in that old grime if I was paid to,
let alone drink that junk! Total and complete waste of money and downright gross!

I set up an appointment and was planning on purchasing their system. On the day of the appointment, Southern California had a rare snow storm hit the area where I live. Due to the weather forecast, I asked them to confirm on the morning of the appointment because of the storm. Nobody called or texted all day, so I assumed that they would not make it due to the weather conditions. I was away from my house when the guy showed up for the appointment. He texted me, and I explained that nobody confirmed the appointment and I asked to reschedule. I got no response. I was ready to spend over $5000 on their best system, and they couldn't reschedule the appointment? Nobody from the company reached out to me to try to get my business. If I am to be disregarded like that when I'm about to spend 5k with them, how will they treat me once they have my money and I need service?

Had it almost a year, it won’t solve the hard water issue !! Also OVER PRICED !! Just removed it and put back the water softener system, much much better 👍🏼

If i could rate less i woukd. Over priced trash that does not do what the salesman say
