On first visit to buy a car, I had problems due to their paperwork misplaced entertaining. I live over 2 hours from the place and my wife was also waiting so it was a major problem for me. However, I have been impressed with their efforts to "make it right" and I do believe that I will buy from them again when it comes time.

Car engine light kept coming on. Today battery was replaced and parts ordered for remaining issue. I left either a new appointment and a running car.

Service deptmart. They repaired my backup camera. But I told them my screen was turning off at times. So for them.to replace. So they checked it out said nothing was wrong with it. So my screen went off again I recorded so I can show them when.i was picking my car up. And of course they are going to replace it BUT NOW HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS. They have to order. Sometimes they need to trust their customers. I mean if worse comes to worse they can send part back. But the service girl that took care of us was very friendly and helpful.
