Subway

Amazing!!! This Subway is literally amazing. Imagine a typical Subway commercial on TV, that is this place. SUPER fresh ingredients, being greeted with a smile and a "Welcome to Subway" when you walk in.... Cannot decide what to get? Just ask for a suggestion. The crew here is like family. Today we did take out, but most of the time we dine in. The lobby and bathrooms are ALWAYS very clean, and you can truly tell the people working here take pride in their workplace. The cleanliness speaks for itself, the staff (Isaac, Jacob, Tanner, Autumn and Jacqueline) are just an awesome bunch of folks who make this specific Subway our favorite Subway. We have one closer to our home but drive to this one just for the experience. I highly recommend stopping in and experiencing delicious food made by quality people.

I think this is one of the better Subways out there. It has a lot of inside seating and is nicely decorated. Also there is plenty of parking available.

This is my all time favorite subway restaurant. The guy that's becoming a new manager is really awesome. The younger guy with the curly hair is awesome and the girl with the longer dark reddish hair is too. They always make it a wonderful experience, especially when my order can be a bit complicated. Their customer service makes this my favorite after work stop for food.

I haven’t been in quite a while due to bad experiences with immature employees at night. I went in tonight, and it was one of the best experiences I have had in a Subway. The girls working were a breath of fresh air, so polite and engaging. Last time I was in was 6+ months ago and the gentleman who waited on me (lighter hair, ears pierced, tattoos on his arms) he was so rude and I overheard him talking about how much he hates customers and that he doesn’t get paid enough. After speaking to the manager, Beth I believe, she assured me that the attitude I received wouldn’t be tolerated but that this individual was no longer employed with this location. I will come back regularly now that I know management has changed for the better!

I have a subway very close to where I live!! Got more & more upset about the operation of the one by me so I decided to drive 7 miles to this one in Chardon. Young man was very nice & polite & boy did her make a sandwich. Best sub I've had in several years! I can see now they one i used to to to skimped on the ingredients in my italian sub to obviously benefit them.. Will only go to this one in maple leaf plaza from new on!!

My experience was wonderful at this Subway. The staff was excellent, very friendly & did exactly what I wanted on my sandwich without any questions, problems or feeling judged (I'm pregnant so i have some cravings for extra veggies lol).

Great food at a good price.

The best freakin subway around. Always LOADS the meat on the sub. Plus the kids behind the counter always complement my motorcycle. 5 stars

Great shop. I order on the app and my order is always ready to go and what I asked. Staff is friendly.

Reasonably consistent in spite of ever changing staff. Easy to deal with, pleasant staff always do as I ask on my sandwich. A regular stop for me.

Clean, large, and well kept, and they have a frozen yogurt place in the same building.

The lady that served me today was awesome!

Went in last night never been to subway before Steven helped with his suggestion of subs to get and really good!
