Lush Cosmetics SoNo Collection

My husband and I have been Lush customers for over 10 years now. We have traveled across the country and been to many stores and this is definitely one of our favorite locations. We have come here for almost 2 years and always look forward to seeing Kate and their team. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable while also giving us the space to browse.

A huge shout out to Kate as they always take their time to speak in depth about new products or recommends their favorites. They also have such enthusiasm and passion about items they talk about or the samples they hand out. I am always excited for a visit but I know I’m going to walk out with something great whenever I chat with Kate. During our last visit, we left with knot wraps, body washes, and hair care that we were so excited to use.

Overall, this store is well stocked and maintained and it is one of the bigger stores in the area. I’ll always recommend folks come here! We are looking forward to our next visit.

This place deserves more attention. The employees are so helpful, and nice. they also give out free samples. They’re products are very good quality and definitely worth buying. Coming here again another time for sure!

Jackey was so wonderful and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my friend’s birthday! She was attentive and friendly and found gifts that matched my needs perfectly. Lush is lucky to have her!

The staff is so nice, a young blonde lady attended my kids, myself, and a lovely pair of other people attentively and politely. (Bubble high fives are fun thank you!) and Nadia!!! This employee was attentive as well and got me good recommendations for soap as well as finding and returning my car keys after losing them in the store.

Really special location. Great staff and so so much great inventory. Products are wonderful and make great gifts.

The staff is so nice!! I had a especially great experience with a staff member but I regret not knowing her name. Literally the best! I’ve had a great experience with them and I’m definitely coming back! Their products are also fresh and have a wonderful smell! Their bathbombs are definitely handmade and very unique! 👍🏻

Nadia greeted my friend and I as soon as we walked in the store and asked if we were needed help. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the new products and sold me right away. And as I was checking out she even made me a sample of a face mask to complement the eye mask I was buying! I’ll probably be back to buy the mask! Nadia was so sweet!

SoNo are the best.
I ordered online 9 bombs never received the order. Customer service said they would resend… I asked about the packaging because I was concerned. They said not to worry they got it covered.
All of the bath bombs were destroyed. Gross looking and not giftable. I called SoNo and they were awesome told me to come over and that they would sort it out.
They exchanged the horrible ones for perfect ones. Folded them so beautifully in the paper bags. Such a lucky day to visit them. Huge store also! Thank you

The employees are all energetic and upbeat but not overly so. It was my first time in a lush store and the employees are perfectly willing to show you around the store or give you space to explore (while being close at hand for questions). There are plenty of samples available to see if you like something and the store is well organized. This is a great location.

Very cute store with a wide variety of delicious bath, skincare, and even some makeup products. They are handling COVID-19 by operating at a limited capacity and requiring customers to wash their hands with a free sample of soap upon entering. Customers can even keep their soap sample if they like it, or opt to purchase more. They also pick up for products ordered online. I used this to purchase a Christmas gift and it worked very well; I did not even have to enter the store because they brought my gift to the front. Packaging is super cute and good for the environment as they use cardboard, metal tins, and furoshiki in place of plastic.

The team at the Sono Norwalk Lush is the best group of humans. Honestly, everyone is nice, helpful, and insightful. I always leave with a new bath bomb or soap. Great place for presents for any occasion.
