Cafe Volare

Greeted and seated immediately upon entry. Two friendly, knowledgeable, personable women on duty. Breakfast was very fresh and extremely delicious, as was the coffee. And they offer quite a variety of coffee, and the breakfast menu is quite expansive. The space is spacious and beautiful, with a very nice decor. Very comfortable and laid back. Plenty of free street parking available. We loved it.

I'll start like this, I wish I could give Café Volare 10 stars. 5 is just not enough for this experience.

The location, the building, the decor I'll let you experience that without me spoiling it. I'm going to talk about the food and the customer service.

The Staff here truly sets the bar like no other establishment I've been to in Enid. You are met with a warm feeling, genuine smiles, friendly faces. It's a place where you feel like those in the know have been keeping this a secret.

Since my visit was voted on by the town to visit ( a Landslide of votes) One of the Owners Kaycee had my wife and I start with a flight of their coffees. I will say this, and also not ruin this experience for you but... ( Black Forest) coffee. It makes sense when you find out the Business Partners of Café Volare also are the owners of one of the towns most successful coffee shops Davinci's. This is a Big Brain move, they're playing you like a fiddle. These Culinary Manipulators knew the Hypnosis roller coaster they are about to put on you. Which brings me to the food.

Apparently they found this Wizard (Chef de cuisine, Head Chef, Mr Hesston) from the old world and time traveled him to this one we live in. Let me tell you... As someone who has the resume, I went to Culinary School, I come from a long list of Sicilian Restaurant Owners and have over 25 years experience myself. I say all this first because mastering the dishes they have is no easy task. They had no idea my favorite breakfast is eggs benedict. People who think hollandaise sauce is a simple thing to make. Truthfully, have probably never had it correct, nor at this level.

I will stop rambling and get to the dishes.

Benny Flight.

The Veggie Benny. 9.1
The mushrooms were truly perfect and had so much depth in flavor. The Basil Pesto with Spinach is like the air traffic control tower clearing your palate for takeoff.

Nashville Hot Chicken Benedict. 9.6
This is where the Chef - Mr Hesston tells "you sit down children, class is about to begin" Let me explain here. The balance, between good and evil in this is remarkable. Nailing sweet and spicy is one thing, doing it with hollandaise sauce, and creamy egg yolks is an entirely different thing. This Chef is built different.

This is where the Chef Erases your previous experiences with Eggs Benedict and escorts you from coach to 1st Class.
This soft mini bagel that still has texture to hold up the cream cheese, the smoked salmon, the decadent hollandaise sauce, the capers, the pickled red onions to perfection, the cucumbers, the fresh dill..... THE WHAT did you do to my (face) you put on after your first bite. Yes, this is what I call a Masterpiece.

I wasn't asked to write this, and for sure was not paid, it's the thing you do when 2 weeks after you visited the establishment and you still think about it. Anytime someone says, Let's grab lunch, I'm immediately thinking Benny Flight, I'm ready to have my brain melted again.

I purposely Did not talk about the Best Pork Bahn Mi Sandwich I've ever had because I don't think the Bible needed another book added to it. One day, I will meet Chef Hesston and I will say to him, "How Dare you make me that Sandwich after a benny Flight". lol. It was mean, rude, and wrong. My brother called me after seeing the Video I posted about Café Volare and said Tell me about that Bahn Mi. I said 9.9. It was perfect.

To have Owners and Chefs pushing the limits of dishes that even a Perkins and Denny's has? Should be the biggest sign they know you have not experienced it the way they will show you. The Journey they take you on, is Magical.

Lovely quiet Wednesday breakfast. The staff was warm and spent time talking about their special and how to see specials on FB. Delicious breakfast burrito done with queso poured on top. My green coconut tea was also very good.

Finest dining for brunch in town, guaranteed. I changed my review because they changed their view on us staying more than an hour.
I absolutely love the food here, nothing I've not liked at all. The drinks are stellar. Best Monte Cristo ever.

The Cafe Volare was a lovely gem. It's sweet, comfortable and the decor reminds me of old Hollywood glamour. The servers were delightful and the food was delicious. They have a fun, elevated menu selection to try something different.

Delicious 😋 Everything was fresh, veggies were perfect 🤩 All the ladies working on Sunday were polite and welcoming. Portions were larger than expected. I can tell they use quality ingredients and care about producing beautiful dishes. I'm excited to go back and try more 🥰

We have been there twice. Definitely will be going back. Food has been excellent! We ordered the Bootlegger coffee drink first time and loved it so ordered it on second visit! Recommend reservations

I had the bacon jam bluecheese burger.It was delicious! The staff was really friendly & the atmosphere was great.Im glad we have this place in Enid.

Delicious little brunch spot with the best mimosas in town! We've also visited when they've had story time, and my boys had a blast!
I had the Nova Lox bagel and it was absolutely delicious!

Some of the best people came together and created something wonderful in Enid! I am so happy to support it! We had a great experience, and our waitress Hailey was spectacular! She served us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed plus some! Please support this awesome local business!

This brunch spot was amazing. I got an omelette and breakfast potatoes. The eggs were well seasoned and potatoes were the good crispy kind. If it is your thing, try their specialty coffee. It will warm your stomach and soul. They decorated it in October, so I made a friend with a skeleton named Tim. You might make want to make a reservation if you come in around 10-11am. It got really busy, but the staff was still attentive and thoughtful. Next time I come back, I want to try their mixed berry crepe. I was jealous of the people next to our table who ordered it.

Edit: I went back again the following day, and they remembered me. Try the Monkey Bread Beignets. They made them fresh, and it hit the spot on a cold day.

I got the Nova Lox Benedict. I’ve never eaten something where the flavors change as I’m eating a bite - incredible. Complex and delicious flavor. It was flawless visually as well. Servers were very friendly. Short wait time to get the food. Probably one of the best meals I’ve eaten at a restaurant. Very surprised considering it’s not in a big city. I’m calling best restaurant in Enid 2023. 10/10 (sorry for half eaten food picture, forgot to take a pic before I started)

Btw, Parents got farmhouse BLT and chicken sandwich. They said the dishes were incredible. Mom said it’s her new favorite restaurant in Enid by far. She even said it’s one of her favorite restaurants ever.

Also, I recommend taking a look at the buildings atrium while you wait - pretty cool for Enid!

What a treat! We had a large group on a busy day. Staff was very accommodating. Food was great! Loved the Nashville hot chicken and waffle. Classy mimosa presentation. Great coffee. We'll be back!

The staff was very friendly to everyone and even helping entain little kids at a table next to us which was very sweet to see that staff being so helpful and enjoying themselves as well! The food was absolutely flavorful in every bite and just made to perfection with attention to detail . Overall atmosphere felt like a facy weekend get away to the city and we just loved it!

Amazing place for brunch!! Food portions are great. Drinks are amazing!! They have friendly and remarkable service. We went for New Years brunch, they kindly fit us in even without reservations. (You don’t need them daily) This was a great experience.

The chorizo biscuit & gravy is absolutely delicious. If your not sure about it ask for a sample of the gravy…you won’t regret it!! I’m sad this is only a special and not on the regular menu but you seriously cannot go wrong with anything there.

Extremely enjoyable restaurant experience. It may take some time to get seated sometimes, and food isn't the fastest out. But, quality is there in the food and drinks. Sometimes you must be patient with greatness.

Amazing Atmosphere!!! Amazing Staff!!!! Amazing Owners!! Amazing Food!!!! Amazing Coffee that is locally roasted here in town! The Drink Menu variety, the espresso martinis and dont forget the Champange and juice flights are perfect for a brunch experience! ! its just what Enid needed! Always new specials to keep ya coming back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I went with my friends for a birthday brunch, the whole art deco ambiance was stunning. The food was absolutely delicious, and I had the BEST Tequila sunrise. 5/5 all around

Best restaurant in Enid. Drinks are super creative and tasty, food has a lot of good options (sweet, savory, vegetarian, etc). Will definitely be coming back for more. Only complaint I had was the table couldn't fit all the food I wanted to order, I had to play Jenga trying to stack all my food/drinks to the confines of my table. I'm also not an industrial engineer so I failed horribly, hopefully I'm not banned from the restaurant
