Excellent experience. Kevin and his staff offered great service for my car maintenance. I have visited the shop in Ayer several times and have never been disappointed. I trust them with my car. I highly recommend their service.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting an oil change. There was no wait and everyone was extremely nice. Being a girl definitely makes me feel a little pressured into getting things I don’t need but they explained everything they were doing !! 10/10 will be back

Had amazing experience at the ayer Jiffylube. They are so Knowledgeable and Trustworthy. I was kindly greeted and lead into the waiting area. Jess came in to gather my Info and was super friendly. She went over the services due on my car and explained all of the services and why they are important. Extremely happy with my service. Will come back here with all my cars for service.

I still have so much anxiety going to the mechanic. Since I had a positive experience at the Jiffy Lube in Shrewsbury when I lived in that area, I decided to pay the JL in Ayer a visit. I have no regrets. The experience was amazing. Jess, Kevin, and Joe were all exceptional. From walking me through the services I asked for, to helping me meet my budget and making me feel like I was not being upsold but recommended the services my car needed - as a former customer service rep, I felt like I was getting first class service. I was happy and much less anxious as I left (with Joe holding the door of my car open for me). I will definitely be getting my services done here in the future (not just my free top off).

I stopped in this Jiffy Lube on a whim and made the best decision I have made in weeks. The manager, Kevin is top notch. Not only did he advise me of credible information concerning my vehicle, he looked through my service history and adjusted his recommendations based on it. I highly recommend this location.
