This place is GREAT! I scored 24 yards of flannel and 8.5 yards of cottons for under 124.00. I can't wait for the Fall Shop Hop. This has become my favorite fabric shop.

I love this place and have shopped here almost since Fran opened the store. Very helpful staff..... well you are treated as well as family so I think I should say "Fantastic Staff". I mainly buy the 100% cotton and have never been disappointed. I go back often and believe you would enjoy your visit!
