Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Traveling for the holidays and we popped by for lunch and a potty break. The dining area and the bathrooms were clean. Our food was out pretty quickly and all of it was hot and fresh! The lady that took our order was very kind and a delight to speak with. The location is conveniently off the main highway as well, very worth the stop for yummy hot lunch and wonderful service! :)

Hidden from view on Hwy 60, this is one of the best DQs I've been to recently. Very very good burger and served hot! Just wish a dipped cone was still $1.59!

This place is always very busy, but I have never waited more that a couple minutes for my order! They are on top of everything and keep that food flowing!

This Dairy Queen was an incredible relief in today's world of usually lacking service. The kid working the checkout tonight was one of the best workers I've seen at fast food in the past five years. Incredibly respectful and witty, and moreover glad to be there. The manager was great as well, being right there and helpful when needed. Who knew a fast food restaurant like this could be such a hidden gem, but it was great! Thank you to the incredible staff!

They were busy but handle the rush as if there wasn't anyone other than us there. Great staff and food.

Our trip to DQ was part of a mission to continue a ice cream tradition that we haven't been able to do in too long. Some will never know how something so little can mean so much, it's not about the ice cream, but the simple gift of shearing something together. This trip was over 2 months in the making... For we had to get out of the ER and then much work to get out and about. All along the way the promise of another ice cream trip. Ashley was so kind and understood what was needed and made this such a great experience. Grandma said they were really sweet people and I completely agree. Thank you DQ team for being part of making our day sweet!!!

Chicken basket is my fav!!!! Love the gravy! Yum, yum! Slow service each time we go, but they are packed. Took over 45 minutes in drive thru.

Employees very polite and helpful. Helped me decide what ice cream I wanted after I told them what I liked. I would definitely recommend Cabool Dairy Queen to everybody.

Former employee. Incredibly nice family atmosphere with co workers and great training and management. They have reliable crew but could use some more dedicated employees. Overall a good experience and would recommend applying and or dining there!

My daughters and I ate lunch at this particular Dairy Queen today and I just have to say that the service was amazing! Especially Hailey, she treated us so well I will definitely be going back. The food was hot and fresh and the facility was clean. I really recommend this place!

It's like one big family. Everyone is respectful and helpful. Last time we was in two of the women worker helped my son. From the start made him feel care about.

Yummy food but my brother ordered two hot dogs with his Sundae and one of the Dogs was meatless! LOL. Check your dogs before you pull out!

I literally can't say enough... it don't matter what shift there is always someone there that just makes my day all better and love the family feel they are bringing to the place. Definitely tell they are putting in some work..

This is probably the best fast food place around. The service is what puts it in this place holder. The (all) employees are super attentive and kind. Not once, but every time I visit. Thank you DQ...for restoring my faith in costumer service!!!
