Haylee groomed our Toy Poodle Angel today who was extremely hyper, and her saddle cut over grown. I thought she'd have to give her a low cut all over but she saved the booties And the saddle. Thank you Petco and Haylee!

Excllent conversation with the vet. She was so helpful in explaining what we needed to do to help our anxious kitty, Luna, during our big move from one state to another. We feel more prepared and confident we'll be able to help Luna weather this life-changing event.

Arley is the best! I was struggling trying to find a harness for my new pup and she helped me find the perfect fit and showed me how to put it on her safely! She also gave me tips to teach the pup her name and how to sit. we will always be coming to this Petco! Thanks, Arley 🩷

This is the only petco I go to. They’re really nice and even refunded me a new heat bulb for my snake since the one I bought blew up. 100% the best customer service.

I went in to check out the birds and the cages. I'm thinking of getting a couple birds. It just happened to be pet adoption day also. There were lots of dogs and cats there who really need forever homes. The place was poppin. I may go there to get a bird when I'm ready, but not 100% sure yet. I'll have to cross check prices with the other pet store in town. I'm sure I'll be back there though because it happens to be in a very convenient location.

Friendly receptionist who scuttled dogs away from each other! Doctor was very kind and good with my dog! Appointment was great!

Clean location with friendly helpful staff. They helped our fur babies feel welcome as soon as we walked in the doors. Shelves are kept organized and neat. They even have disposable paper water bowls for your thirsty pet while visiting the store. Conveniently located above the water fountain in the back of the store between the male and female restrooms.

Extremely caring and helpful staff all throughout! I took my fur baby in for a impromptu grooming after the little escape artist spent the morning running the neighborhood as well as it creeks! 🤦‍♀ They made time to squeeze me in and took the extra time and effort to explain all the grooming options etc. They actually seemed happy to help and glad we were there. The store was clean and well organized. I did thoroughly appreciate Oops station as well lol

Great service. Young lady assisted me in finding treats, toothpaste, and shampoo. Was able to join the frequent shopper club. I will be returning for future pet supply purchases.

Took my dog to get rabies shot. And staff was exceptional. And my dog was very pleased with the service. And that's what counts.

Our dog died unexpectedly and Dr Logan was so supportive and helpful. The assistant was too but I don’t remember her name. They took care of us 100%.

Austin in the grooming part is amazing! I walked in hoping for an appt, due to a mix up with another place and he was super busy during an appt already and the only one there and still took the time to write my name and number down if there was any cancellations for the week, and happen to call me back and get me in that next morning! Will continue to use them

The veterinarian and the vet assistant were awesome! They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly checked my kitty out and comforted her because she was so scared. They were very professional and friendly.

The new veterinary clinic is awesome. I went there to get my puppies rabies shot. And they told me when she will be ready for her spading and the prices are compatible.

The employees are always super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I switched from using Chewy to Petco. I love the fact that I can order and either have it shipped or pick up the same day. The great perks are I earn cash rewards to put towards my next purchase. We love Petco. <3

This is a fantastic pet store and they always have crickets for our lizard. Bill (retiring Manager) and Suzanne (incoming Manager) are the BEST! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Yay!

Very friendly employees - felt sorry for the cashier that was working today - she was the only register opened and the line was back to the middle of the school - not sure were a manager was to have someone else open (Cashier #694693) was still very friendly and smiling and was very nice and helpful. Manager should have been more on top of this and had another register open up to assist.
