Papa Johns Pizza

So last night I got 2 stale pizzas from this store via delivery. Then why five stars, right? Well I called tonight and asked if they could do something. Without any objection, they sent replacement pizzas right over and they are exactly what I would expect. This is good costumer service at a master level.

They are ALWAYS so nice to me and my kids they always make us feel welcome

Nobody at counter or in store that I could se About 3 minutes An employee came in and asked if I was helped she called out for other employee nobody answered She helped me

I ordered pizza for my mom while she was staying in a hotel for surgery the next day. She was extremely nervous so I had the order made to "Mom Ma" and the delivery instructions was to say "Pizza time" when they arrived. The delivery man was hesitant to say it but eventually he did. I truly appreciate that man. He made my mother's night. He definitely deserves a raise. Not to mention the order was correct and she enjoyed the pizza. Keep up the great work.

I haven't eaten Papa John's in a years because I didn't like the pizza too much. I had the Philly cheese steak parm crusted papadia and it was delicious. It was pretty much like a really good grilled cheese sandwich with philly ingredients inside. They were also much larger than I thought so I was able to make mine two meals.

Update April 2021. They have reconfigured the store and it is much safer so have gone back to doing carry out. Each time they have been great. Pizza great and right on time using the ap. Thanks to the manager and ur team! .....Old review: The staff work hard here and our family enjoys the pizza. Parmesan crust is great. Ap works most times but you may find it gets things wrong. Have noticed over the past few weeks less staff wearing face covering and this past visit none had face coverings. I wanted to ignore but my family asked about the safety of my visit and I had to mention about no one had coverings. I didn't want to tell them because I enjoy the pizza but we have members at higher risk. For now that is an issue so will wait to come back. I feel sorry for the staff who work hard. We will all get through this.

Management rocks very friendly even with very low staff and mean customers in her face she still smiles and helps the best if her ability

My local pizza place,clean store ,friendly staff,they due get very busy during the school year when Bradley students are in town.you will have to wait an hour for an order during football season and march madness,we locals know this so we order early.Love this store.

Papa John's has awesome pizza. Great for college kids. Get extra garlic dipping sauce or everyone will be fighting over it.
