Visited the store this evening to make a return and customer in front of me had a discounted item that was not ringing up correctly. The young lady helping her was a little confused so she called another assosiate up by the name of Jessica. Both were trying to calculate the discount. Their math was not adding up so I said $22 is supposed to be the discount not the sale price. The lady purchasing the item just said "right?". Well Jessica says "calm down we will figure it out" in not a very friendly tone. The customer just said in a calm voice "i am calm". Once the customer left Jessica and another associate were talking at my ear level saying how the lady was being extra so she had to tell her to calm down and how "the other lady had to put her two cents in.." meaning me! Very rude and unprofessional to talk about customers in front of other customers.

Went in today to get Christmas outfits for my kids and the online price was a lot cheaper and they wouldn’t price match. Even with paying $20 to rush ship the outfits I need, I still made out better buying everything online. Don’t waste your time!

I went to children’s. Place at the outlet mall in dawsonville. They advertised 75% off already marked down clearance. So a 4 pack of baby onesies were on clearance for $36.94, you get 75% off that. Good deal? They original price is $36.95. Scammers lol

We went to shop today for our daughter. we love the children’s place unfortunately customer service at this location has been the worse we ever experienced. Store was packed and we were standing in front of a cash register that was NOT being used. We stood there to avoid bumping with other families. One of the staff there ( female with glasses) suddenly tells us can you guys move. Her tone of voice was extremely rude. No one was waiting in line there everyone was on the opposite side on other register. She obviously needs to be trained on how to treat customers . I did tell her there’s other ways to talk to customers without having to be rude and all she did was ignored me. Her name was Amalia or Amelia it was hard to read her name tag from far since she told us to move out of the way. You guys might want to ask carters for their training material their staff have excellent customer service.
