Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This was my first time here and I really liked the manager and the cashier. Very pleasant And the food was good The place was also very clean. In rundown fast food joints It is easy to be concerned about the hygiene or the food prep. Not this Dairy Queen. I will be back Steve Heaberlin

The food was delicious and the service was beyond excellent. I wish I had gotten the ladies name working the drive-thru. I feel Proctoville Dairy Queen has fixed their problems that they have been having!!! Thanks for a great experience!

The cone was very small. I tried the new churro dipped. It tastes great but the ice cream was very skimpy today.

Reviewing this particular establishment because I want to personally mention an Employee by the name of Madison. While waiting on our food she showed my granddaughter a tremendous amount of respect. Engaged in conversation while at times having to wait on other customers. Would definitely make a return trip.

We just stopped in to get a DQ birthday cake.. but an employee stepped up to us at the coolers and was very very friendly and helpful and the girl at the register was also very friendly and helpful too!! Grateful!!

Whoever was working there 02/13/22 Sunday night at around 6:30pm.....did a great job with the Ice cream. It actually had everything it was supposed to, the guy at the window was also really nice. Give him a raise or something so other workers will be motivated to work like this.

Best tasting and priced cheeseburger I have had all year. Actually tasted like beef and the burger has not shrunk in size.

I’ve never been inside without receiving great service. Maybe I’m bias because I know the workers. Of course, the blizzards are a favorite item.

There are 2 Dairy Queens closer to us and we pass up both of them to come to this one. Management is the difference and this one is always on top of their game.
