This machine NEVER works and I mean NEVER!!! I have been there for both ice and water at various times over the last year and nothing. You can hear the coolers/compressors running so it's not completely out of service but I've only been able to get what I went there for two or three times since it was installed. I have stopped taking my chances and just go to the automated machine (Twice the Ice) on 4th west of Telephone Rd.

It has been out of ice for a week no out of order sign. We lost money on 2 bags of ice. We tried on 2 separate days. Called the number on the machine no answer.

Unable to read the displays, does not dispense ice. Nothing says out of order either.

Has been out of service for months now. If you aren't going to fix it, take it out or sell it to someone who will take care of it.
