Advance Print & Mail

Advance Print & Mail provides the best customer service I have ever seen. This is a fabulous family owned business who prides themselves on customer service. I have used them on multiple occasions from everything from shipping packages with all of the major shipping companies and have had photos printed. I am also a mailbox holder at Advance Print & Mail.

Unlike other like businesses in the area, they do not routinely close for the entire weekend when there is a Holiday on a Monday or other day of the week. They send notifications nearly instantaneously whenever a package is received and if there is ever any question as to what the package description is, if an email is sent, they answer immediately or if I call, they provide any requested particulars.

They also have a nice selection of unique gifts that I have often purchased while in the store. They have a legitimate document shredding service (unlike others that claim to have this service) for a very fair price. I never worry that sensitive documents will get into the wrong hands.

Each and every time I go into the store, I am cheerfully greeted by whoever is working. They really make you feel welcome to their business.

They have answered many shipping questions and are very knowledgeable on how to pack to ensure delivery as well as explaining the various shipping options available.

I cannot recommend highly enough, this fabulous, well run and customer service oriented business. You will never be disappointed by their services and expert advice on safely packing and shipping your items.

What a wonderful new business for the shopping center. I had the pleasure of working with the owner today and she was fast and very knowledgeable about all the products that she provides. The store has most all supplies that you would need to print, ship or execute documents.

I used to take care of all my shipping needs by going to the post office & spending long hours in line. Now, I no longer have that stress … I use Advance Print & Mail. Advance Print & Mail is so accommodating and very easy to work with. Not only do they produce awesome products, they also saved me money when I was shipping out a large package by offering a simple suggestion.

I cannot brag enough about Advance Print & Mail. The owner Julie is very polite & her husband went out of his way to assist me in finding the “perfect” solution to my dilemma.

From basic shipping to super cute gift item ideas to print projects, I pick Advance Print & Mail!! … And they support local businesses by having an area in the shop designated just for local vendors to showcase their products. 5 stars. 2 thumbs up.

Shipping, and shipping supplies, printing, passport photos, PO Boxes and the friendliest team of professionals I’ve seen.
On my way out the owner reminded me I can ship returns from their location too!

This place is awesome. The staff are wonderful. Always friendly and so convenient vs driving to post office. So glad I brought my business there.
