I purchased a filet knife in Gladstone nearly ten years ago. Still today it’s probably the best knife I have ever own. Well worth the investment. Highly recommend this company.

Just bought my first Hess. A Tiburon with a stabilized redwood burl handle. Considering the fit and finish on the handle/knife and the high quality 1095 blanks Hess is using from GEC, this is easily one of the best fixed blades for the money on the market right now.

I hope production is able to ramp up on these knives as they can be hard to find.

I purchased a buck knife from Hess in 2008 as a gift for my spouse. He has used it on MANY deer and, other than some discoloration from living in a damp apartment, it is sharp and gorgeous as the day it was purchased. it has definitely withstood the test of time and we will be buying a new one as a gift for a friend in the upcoming weeks.

I have had the mini caper for a few years now. I use it as a EDC due to the size. It sharpens easily and stays sharp.

They are nice looking knives if you're going to collect them ,but for use not the greatest.I used mine once feild dressing a whitetail deer and it left two chips and a curl on the knifes edge.for the money spent I was not happy.
